  • Are those wheels powdercoated Black Chrome? Hyper Black? Im probably incorrect, but I really like the finish and contrast to the black paint. Thank you for not ruining your car by going Black/Black =D

  • I’m happy with my 94 325i, but the only performance mods are sport suspension and the Signature Motoring performance intake for about $150. Signature Motoring kit adds around 9HP on the dyno, great sound, and the best performance upgrade for the money. See my channel videos!

    -Adds 9-11 HP

-Never replace filter again (uses K&N filter)

    -GREAT SOUND

-Installs in maybe 30-45 min. K&N filter lasts a lifetime.

I'm thinking maybe performance exhaust, but eh.

  • what rims are those???????/

    nice sound tooo

  • @TheX4Rida Those are,1995 M3 OEM 10 spoke Motorsport Wheels. Mine has those. I love that car, is Sick...

  • 328

  • @zalimsinomer ??? i could give you 328 reasons how this is an m3

  • @00010139 If you think that this sounds like someone having a wet fart, you need to take him/her to the hospital.

  • Naughty bmw

  • thats pretty nice man, but come on a stand still drift? ur in a M3 u should have taken that corner at like 70mph.

  • I miss my M3. Seeing this video makes me regret selling her. She looked Nasty with CMT's winters too :(

  • love my black e36...nice tone

  • love black e36s

  • definetely good job with the rims

  • dude... First of all, you're ignorant. Second of all, the U.S. M3 (especially the 3.2) has more presence of torque down low than the Euro M3. Thats how the Euro M3's get their power, they rev to what, 7800? The U.S. M3's have suprisingly a good bit of grunt down low.

Believe it or not, in a straight line these cars have very similiar performance. The U.S. around 5.5 0-60 time and the Euro with about a 5.3-5.4.

So trust me, these cars can kick if they want to, even if it is a U.S. "240mph"

  • That statement is wrong. The Euro makes the same torque down low as the US M3, the only difference is that the Euro M3 makes more power up top. Please remember that we had both 3.0 and 3.2's over here, 286 and 321 respectivly. Both have the same torque as the us at the same rpm, however because of a different head design and header design. The euro makes more power up top. So to summarise, the euro is exactly the same as a US model, however it has more hp.

  • Comment removed

  • So what you're saying is that both cars make the same torque all the way through the rev range, but somehow the Euro model makes more power up high? I hope I'm misunderstanding you, because that would be impossible.

  • Yes, that is correct, the 3.2 would make more torque than the 3.0 if its cams wern't so aggressive in their timing, but the designers decided that they would replace a small amount of torque for hp. So that is why they are the same down low but the 3.2 makes more of an impact uptop, plus the 3.2 has a better flowing head, and reworked valvetrain etc.

  • gotchya.

  • There are very few, if any similarities between the US and Rest-of-world market e36 motors.

The S50b30 vs US is anything but 'the same but with more hp' they have different blocks, heads, intake and exhaust The S50b32 has dual vanos, US dont.

On the other hand, the S50/S52 us have everything in common with the m50/m52 motors. They share the same head casting, only difference being the cam trays and camshafts. The M50/S50, M52/S52 also share intakes and throttle bodies, even accessories.

  • Euro also has TRUE itb's

  • It's knowledge that is know by not that many people, but the amount of peak horsepower, is academic, since most people in most cars NEVER go till the option revs. So, then it all depends on what is the amount of HP and torque, of the revs they ARE running.

And if THOSE specific numbers are the same for 2 different engines, it is indeed true that the engines are the same ... apart from the fact they deliver different power AFTER a given amount of revs.

Question is : which amount of revs ?

  • US M3 revs till 7ish rpm. Euro Red lines at 7500 but with a small amout of work to both of them the us can rev higher, i have seen a m3 gt rev to 8800rpm with prototype cam trays, retainers and springs, type m3 gt 8800rpm and it will come up ...

  • @qwerty123456789jhdtg that makes no sense

  • @nsmitty8055 Your right they are all the same and have the same potential... The only difference is USA stock ECU is electronically limited. Our US EPA sucks! But all of that can be chipped out.. :)

  • @nsmitty8055 240mph? Or HP? I agree with you though

  • @vr6hondaeatervr6 240 HP. I was mocking the guy before me because he put 240 mph (which made no sense).

  • @nsmitty8055 Thanks for enlightening whoever that was for me. Additionally, the non-vanos US S52 has hotter cams and thicker valve stems, providing for a more stable platform for forced induction. Most M3 owners ive talked to prefer the US S52 for track usage in general. The Vanos unit just ends up being another thing waiting to break, and probably only benefits you with its fuel efficiency lol.

  • @nsmitty8055 but us m3 are shit :)

  • @nsmitty8055 The US version has less torque down low than the euro. Euro 3.2 M3's have 350Nm at 3000rpm while the US version has 320 at 4250. The difference between the 3.0 liter versions is similar (I think it was 15nm or something google it). Don't get me wrong US M3's still kick ass but they are slightly weaker!

  • I miss my car. :(

  • sounds great, i may actually go with this for my 96 328is, should sound pretty close if that's a 3.0 m3, but will sound nice either way.

M power! Oh and awesome takeoff, ASC OFF FOR LIFE!!

  • the exhaust looks fantastic and although I was a little unsure about the sound at low revs, she sounded great when you wound her up!

  • HMMM

  • dude those wheels are sick where do you get them?

  • They are stock M3 wheels (DS1s) that are painted black.

  • stock m3 rims are pretty og xD

  • is it one of the 240hp (3.0L & 3.2L) US Spec M3 or a Euro Spec M3 w/ 286hp (3.0L) and 321hp (3.2L) ???

For me it seems like it's revving higher than a US M3, or did you increase the limiter?

  • It does not sound like a euro engine, it don't have enough rasp to me. And it has DSI wheels, which only came on 1995's (in the US), so that would lead me to believe that it is a 1995 US spec M3, that possibly has a chip.

  • what type of Cold Air Intake did you install?

and M power all the way

  • its bimmer

  • where can i get a stromung like this and for how much?!

  • Nice beamer man

  • I like it... i might just have to put it on my M3

  • stromung FTW

  • boner

  • awesome sound
