  • Peter Schiff is a perfect example of that everyone needs to do his own work - he is genius where it comes to talking about financial policies - his profession, and sounds like a complete CLOWN when he starts playing like a politician.

HEY SCHIFF STAY AWAY FROM POLITICS MAN, YOU MAKE LITTLE SENSE IN PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING YOU SAY, YOU WILL COMPLETELY RUIN YOUR REPUTATION IF YOU KEEP DOING THAT NONSENSE. JUST STICK WITH WHAT YOU DO BEST.

  • Schiff has some perspective at least, and isn't completely and totally in it for his own personal financial benefit. Most career politicians and their supporters are completely captured, and I would applaud anyone who goes against this general trend.

  • schiff for president!

  • Shittreport sucks Bernanke's dick

  • Shittreport

  • Bernanke and ShittReport disliked this.

  • high as a kite ;-)

  • hey i got an idea can any1 find out how much gold ben bernanke owns ?

how much gold and silver does the dude personally own ? and is it his tradition to hold it ? LOL LOL the guys a joke ..

Peter Schiff thumbs up my man

  • 3 yrs later..same story...ive been hearing..great depression..around the corner...man,,i hate soup..

  • END THE FED... BRING ALL THE TROOPS HOME...

    RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT 2012

  • I remember watching the CNBC segment where Jeff Macke went completely insane. Pretty sure it's on youtube. Looks like he's found some meds.

  • Bernanke a fool? for those of you who think he works for US citizens, your the fools. He works for the international bankers and they are going to do whatever necessary to keep collecting interest,( charging us, the goyim for living.

  • They are going to prop the dollar up on the back of soaring oil prices. How do they get that? Start a war with Iran who will then close the shipping down. As long as the world needs dollars for oil purchases, they will fight hard for them. Then as things get even worse, the unprotected will move closer to the nation with the war making ability that out strips all the others. Then we will understand when a "UN" troop talks in an American accent, just what that means.

  • interest rates at this point is mean-ing-less they dollar is worthless , we need a new stardard of exchange , (GOLD and SILVER ) the reason for this is that both Gold and silver have a consistent value relative to labor since the begining of recorded time , it takes a second to print a hundred dollar bill , the same can't be said for Gold or silver

  • Peter Schiff--a Zeus among mongrel ferrets!

  • Comment removed

  • very scary.

  • LMAO... Looks like The Bernank clicked dislike on this video.

  • @blazefury2010 He doesn't care about this video. Cut his salary, send him home then he is going to care.

  • @blazefury2010 twice.

  • @blazefury2010 The Bernank LOL. That QE2 cartoon video is a cult legend.

  • Mackie, and Schiff are straight shooters.

  • "the dollar collapse is going to be that much more spectacular."

Looking forward Peter. The bigger the better. Nothing worse than politicians thinking they can still fix it. Make sure when it breaks it breaks good.

  • @Bobbertsandy You don´t really want to have your country tumble into anarchy? Do you?

  • @pcuimac Want the result is much different from desire the result. I do not desire a collapes but since it is going to happen when it does I WANT it to happen and happen good. Nothing worse than a politician coming out the other side and thinking there was ANYTHING about a fractional reserve banking system and a fiat currency that works. Only way to assure that is a complete and total collapse.

    Have gun- yes

    Have food stock-Yes

    Have generator-Yes

Have fence-As soon as my Puts Pay, BIG

  • @Bobbertsandy That´s a typical american train of thought. Do you really think this world needs more guns and fences? Humanity is about cooperation! And a fiat currency could work if the printing would not depend on some secret meetings of the FED but put back into the hands of the people who use that money. What about a 3/4 vote in Congress? So additional money would only be printed if most representatives of the people would agree on a project that needs funding. Democracy is the way.

  • The only problem with peter is that he really believes in this fantasy called "free market". A free market would care nothing for the environment, for old people, for sick people. It would not regulate all the problems just by having a "gold standard". And of course Adam Smith did not know that the world would be so crowded in 2050 that all the resources of the planet would not be enough to give sustainable growth.

We have a crisis of the monetary system because of growth coming to an end.

  • @pcuimac Sure growth is slowing in the USA, but the fed can't do anything about it, except devalue our dollar to give the illusion that everything is ok.

  • @pcuimac Wrong, free markets and property rights inhibits someone to pollute your air, water, land. You can't dump garbage on you neighbors property. Old people would be taken care of (family, community, charity) and their savings wouldn't lose buying power. Same goes for sick and healthcare. And no just having a gold standard won;t fix everything, that would require dismantling the Federal agencies that make everything more costly for consumers, and less competition overall.

  • @pcuimac ...The problem with you is you believe in a fantasy called crony capitalism. Printing money and handing it out to friends will not solve our problems either. Of course Mr. Keynes did not see the unintended consequences of easy credit and cheap money.

We have a currency crisis because central banks are printing fiat money.

  • the yahoo guy used to work for i think cnbc during the crisis and flipped his wig one day, check out the clip if u missed it. haven't seen him since ti this vid, guess he got blacklisted.

  • Macke is a shill...

Let's win that race to zero now!

  • one Bernanke disliked this video

  • The best analyst on the fedreseve out there

  • @deshaebeasley There was a historical WARNING against that for a reason.

  • @cowboy1165 because idiots like you will believe that its better to have people from wall street make the rules rather than having veto power at all... idiots such as yourself would rather not have a voice in what goes on and then complain about people hiding behind policymakers and the constant voter fraud in the system.. GROW A FUCKING PAIR OF BALLS!

  • Economic solution- Create a US debt-free currency (ex. the greenback). Print it at a 1:1 ratio with the current Federal Reserve notes to have a smoother transition. Cancel the debt to the Federal reserve and work out a deal with foreign creditors like China. Legalize alternative forms of money/currency like Gold, silver and Bitcoin.

  • A said twist, rattle and roll, I said twist, rattle and roll...

  • ECB just cut to 1.25. anyone catch that? BRILLIANT MOVE!!! MOAAAAR CANCER!!!!!

  • why does no one listen to this man, he should be our treasury secretary

  • schiff's a moron but even he can see see things are not right.

  • @JonathanJWB1 how is he a moron, he has been calling this play by play since at least 2004, you know when they all said yeah right that will never happen

  • Same song. Different station. Somebody please appoint peter as secretary treasury!

  • We have TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS for war. We have TRILLIONS to bailout banks. We have TRILLIONS to bailout corporations. We have TRILLIONS to bailout Wall Street. But we can't feed the poor, house the homeless, or give the middle / lower class healthcare or any other necessity they need? While government handouts aren't the best way to sustain a nation's economic structure, in all honesty, I would rather have all of these TRILLIONS go towards the latter options, than the former options !

  • @markymarkuss777 - Actually, the US doesn't have trillions for war or to bailout the banks. They've borrowed it all from Japan and China. This really is like an alcoholic putting his tab at the bar on his credit card. The US is in a worse state than Greece. The financial oligarchy is only trying to buy time to get to save their own asses.

  • @MiranUT No disagreement here.

  • @markymarkuss777 How about no free lunch for anybody?

  • @grumpone Sounds good to me, just as long as those who are getting 'LUNCH' don't infringe on the rights of those who don't have a 'LUNCH,' via deceptive lobbying techniques or subsidizing politicians to oppress the middle class, and lower class even more than they are now. :-)

  • @markymarkuss777

You can't give someone something they did not earn just like you can't support a wild animal. The issue is the trillions given away to the elite who can't live without it because it's always been that way.

Give no one nothing and even governments and everyone's wealth increases. If the poor have a right to my money then the elite have a right to my money as well. Fair is fair. If government gives out to poor for bad choices why not the elite for their bad choices.

  • @markymarkuss777 Yo, we don't have TRILLIONS. We just print and borrow it. But as Gerald Celente would say, THEY'RE ROBBING US BLIND. WALL STREET HAS HIJACKED WASHINGTON IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.

And now with the IMF ( International MAFIA FEDERATION ) or if you prefer Loan Sharks of last resort are sticking their nose in the EURO zone.

  • @markymarkuss777

they have trillions of dollars, but no real stuff behind it. Money is not wealth, when the federal reserve creates $1 trillion of bank credit, this does not increase the supply of food, cars, concrete, medical services etc. if the government were to create $1 trillion to spend on the needy, inflation would sky-rocket over night. The government just needs to STOP spending, let the people spend their own money and let the cronies go bankrupt.

  • @markymarkuss777 I don't get why you got voted so "vigirously" Military budget is like 5% of GDP - much less than many other countries, there are some who have 20,30 %. If there will be universal health care it will be 15-20% of GDP, so don't ask why so much money is spent in military and there is not health care for those who don't want to pay couple of hundreed bucks

  • I had no idea that was why we fought all these wars. Amtrak!! And to think I used to be pro peace. Let's go kill some people! I want to go on a train ride.

  • Let's just do the opposite of what Bernanke wants to do.

  • If Schiff weren't jewish then democrats might actually take him seriously

  • good interview, Yahoo! not bad at all

  • all you schiffheads think that the government is too big! idiots! it should be at least.... 3 times this size!!!

  • @jwinter228 Wow, dumb ass. Maybe we should just subjugate all freedoms to the government?

Governments only revenue is from the peoples tax payers - so you think we should be paying 3x the taxes too?

  • @lgarvey1979 hah... it was a zoolander reference. pure sarcasm.

  • @jwinter228 Haha - apologies - I haven't watched Zoolander. =)

  • @jwinter228 That's why they fail at everything they do like social security, education, cash for clunkers, war in the middle east, medicare, medicaid, pension funds, us post office, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, The war on poverty, the war on drugs, border control, Amtrak, etc... They can't run anything successfully, take a look around

  • @bkre8ive without fannie and freddie nobody would live in homes. without medicaid ppl would be dead all over the streets. without education we'd all starve. wars work because we get more powerful to pay for things like amtrak. stop being a racist! Obama 2012!!!!!

  • @jwinter228 what you don't see is these programs are all failing miserably and making us broke. You wouldn't need to pay 35% taxes and the country would run smoother. We don't need govt to have education, health care, public transit and or capital. If you think war is good, let's put you in uniform and send you to slay innocent people then bring you home with no legs and tell you there are no funds for you to go to college and we can't afford to help you with rehabilitation either. Obama hah!!

  • @bkre8ive maybe you're right

  • @jwinter228 what are you talking about, fanny and freddie failed, the public education system is junk, medicaid is failing, you sure find good examples to make the government look bad. Ask everybody who's house is being foreclosed if they like their new homes. If you like other people managing your money, send a check to the govt nothing is stopping you, but don't try to impose it on everybody else.

  • @jwinter228 ...If you want ignorance in a nutshell, READ JWINTER228.

This guy lives in public housing, collects welfare checks, does not pay his bills, never served in the military, never studied economics, has no idea who Ron Paul is and does not realize that Amtrak is bankrupt.

  • @petiemac24 hahah... dude it was intended to be sarcasm. I thought it was ridiculous enough that people would get that. my bad.

you're right that I haven't served in the military tho.

  • @jwinter228 If USA was 200 people right now, here is how it would look: 100 people are either too young or too old or too sick to work.

Out of the 100 working people, 20 are government. (that's 10% of entire population).

40 is financial sector (40% of all those with jobs).

14 people are PRODUCING something - all manufacturing.

4 people are farmers (average age 58y.o.)

    4 people are doing construction.

18 people are the rest of services

53Billion USD/mnth trade deficit shows unsustainability

  • e@romanmir01 The problem with your hypothetical is that it is so statistically incorrect, that it is irrelevant. The financial industry employs approximately 5% of the working population, not 40%. So your poignant "gotcha" message doesn't hold water. May I suggest that next time you visit the US Bureau of Labor Statistics before you sound off. Otherwise, you appear ignorant, or worse yet, silly.

  • @jeff9478 With GM and GE being obvious banks, disguised as some manufacturers, with near every retailer being a bank, it's likely more than 40%. Yes, I visited bureau of labor. You won't see GM or GE or retailers listed as banks there though.

However the manufacturing/farming/construction is under 11% altogether and government is 10% and 53 Billion USD/month trade deficit shows that people like to consume more in USA than they produce, so it's unsustainable and you want more gov't.

  • @romanmir01 Do you have your source on this? I find this interesting and would like to pass it on but I want to check its accuracy first.

  • @EnnesX GM and GE and every retailer and every car dealership and even some other services give you plans - don't pay now, pay later, here is a membership card, etc.etc. They are banks primarily, making most of their money off of interest and their manufacturing businesses are secondary to their primary businesses. Any time you walk into a store and walk out with something you didn't pay for with cash, but instead paid with some new credit - you just visited a bank.

  • @romanmir01 I am asking you for your sources on those numbers.

  • Jew boy.

  • Peter Schiff knows what is what. The money printers are printing and the inflation is `powering up` ; we are about to get Double digit inflation . It is now a Mathematical certainty that the $US will lose it`s value. The market cannot be fooled like ordinary people, when this happens, international trade will dump the $US in favour of , perhaps, Gold, Silver or, 2-3 other currency. You cannot just print pieces of paper & call it money. Money must `backed` by Gold/Silver, not Bernanke .

  • Schiff for president !!

  • Does ANYONE listen to this fool Bernanke anymore? This guy is just a tool for the White House. I am so sick of the LIES...blatant lies. Thank you Peter for telling it like it is. No QE bull...look at the increase in M1 money supply.

  • @sithjedi71. He's an asshole. All he does is blather and look like he is competent.

  • @sithjedi71 It's other way around, - White House is lead by Goldman Sachs. Bernanke-employee is doing what he is told to do by the FED owners.

  • @AMCSTORE I would agree.

  • Schiff is my hero.

  • @chuska8383 I had the pleasure of interviewing him back in '08 /watch?v=kZtKlAjwhqg
