You can clearly see that he shoves the lineman's head into the turf at least three times in his "attempt to get up" and if that wasnt enough, after he had gotten up you can clearly see he has all of his weight on his left leg(furthest leg outside of the offensive lineman on the ground) so there was no way he was "attempting to get his balance".
