I mean they have D3, Heart of the Swarm, Legacy of the Void, possibly another WoW expansion, and there's even a rumor going around of a Starcraft Universe (essentially, WoW for Starcraft).  I like the Warcraft series very much but I can't blame them for not releasing Warcraft 4 any time soon.

No but I agree. They could do so many cool things with WC4. They could ahve the undead race train deathknights as their tanks - warlocks as casters and stuff. or just change the races around to reflect modernization of Warcraft lore. I don't think they should've given up on the RTS aspect of Warcraft.

@Krakaet I'd actually like to see WC4 (if they do make it) based on WoW. My vision would be alliance vs horde with different tech trees specific to each faction race. An example would be  you pick the horde side and orcs, tauren trolls etc would have their own tech lines.

That really doesn't matter much. I still sank countless hours into the game. They probably decided not to go the RPS route because they thought, "Why make a WarCraft RPG when we can make an MMO?"

My grievance is ancient history, anyway. Grom killed a NE demi-god. I can't complain.
