My parents use to beat me like that. It is so wrong. Both of those parents should be locked up. Rather one is disabled or not, beatings like this should not happed at all. That video makes me so sad because I know how it feels.
This kind of beating is not for discipline. This kind of beating is only for having fun with violence by using discipline as an excuse. The whole earth is filled with criminals like this man. I was just trying to describe the potential restrictions of having cerebral palsy, and in some cases, learning can definitely be affected. I agree that I could have reworded that to be a little smoother. She is definitely a coherent intelligible woman so "disorder" should have definitely been less emphasized in her case. Growing up in the 70's I had a step father who gave us whippings with a belt. If we didn't bend over the bath tub he would tell us we would get hit anywhere he could hit. Legs, butt, back. Looking back it is absolutely horrifying. I had welts, bruises and even cuts from the edges of a stiff belt like the one this man was holding. Sometimes the belt buckle came in to play. It became less about discipline and more about the anger the father had in him. Parents should not discipline in anger.
This is totally disgusting! The number of people sanctioning the parents behavior is incredible. Most sanctioning the behavior are probably black because we love beating our children just as the slave master loved beating slaves for misbehavior or to just control them. Once, again, many blacks do not have a problem with what the father did because physical discipline is their choice, as well. It is a dumb parent that cannot think of other ways to discipline without the use of physical force.
