  • Also, this was the final season to feature the original 1966 M:I theme music.

  • Couple of interesting factoids about this episode:

    1. Linda Day George's first show.

    2. Sam Elliott's last show (and the only one, I believe, with both him AND Lupus.

    3. Shatner guest stars in this Season Six premier. Star Trek co-star Leonard Nimoy was a regular in the previous two seasons. So, Shatner just missed Nimoy in this series.

  • Of the many people cast in the original M:I Three of it's most beloved actors, and voices are now gone. Bob Johnson (voice on tape), Greg Morris (Barney Collier), and Peter Graves (Jim Phelps).

  • OH! Capten Kark !!

  • Now that IS a classic episode

The Barbers Shop, guest starring William Shatner as a gangster who they convince has dreamed the last 30 years of his life. MI Original at its best!!

  • That was from a 1986 tape i think on KTTV-TV. Sorry no closing credits. UHF Channel 69 did not play audio that day on NBC's Family Ties and Sale of The Century. Just like on their first hours as a Fox affiliate. Used software I'm not used to for editing.

  • Whoa! A brief clip of Jim Perry's Sale of the Century before the opening credits of M:I!

    Nice!!!

  • @megamanj2004X And with technical difficulties, yet!! :^O

  • Thank you for posting this one—I still have this on VHS tape as well!
