  • acetylene is some mean shit

  • lmao he sounded like beavis at 1:05

  • Acetylene is extremely explosive. It can ignite even without oxygen- that's why acetylene in tanks is under low pressure and tanks are filled with porous mass and acetone to liquify the gas. Impact or high temperature can cause explosion of the cilinders. and you don't need oxygen to do this

I think some of you have to go back to school

  • Fah hhhhhhhhhh

  • Anyone who says acetylene can't burn on it's own is an idiot.

  • @giftpacker

It doesn't burn on it's own....there is oxygen in the air already.

  • OK kids take a oxy-acy torch running proper (no feather) stamp it out fill bag and watch the F out

  • and this, my friends, is why the ER was invented.

  • Great trigger system!!!! I gotta try it!

  • I hate people that do the stupidest shit for entertainment ._. If someone got injured or arrested for doing this, it wouldnt have been so enterraining for u guys, but very for me

  • 1:01

  • you only need acetylene

  • @wowthatwasloud acetylene by itself can't burn, you need oxygen

  • @jpm1316 HE SURE DOES NEED OXYGEN! OMG ROFLZMIANWIHKANMOROFINKXKNNXLKANZLOX

  • @jpm1316

Plenty of that in the air !

  • @jpm1316 Everything needs oxygen to burn.

  • @jpm1316 false.. pure acetylene right out of a tank will burn, pure acetylene straight out of a torch will also burn, not a nice flame.. but its fire!

  • @jpm1316 It sort of can actually. Acetylene is not very stable; liquid acetylene in pressurized cylinders was once mass produced. But after a series of inexplicable explosions it was found that pure acetylene can under certain conditions decompose explosively into hydrogen gas and carbon(detonation velocity of about 2 km/s).

Acetylene cylinders now contain acetone which disolves great amounts of acetylene under modest pressure.

  • @jpm1316 Stupid ass, acetylene burns really well. What sort of moron are you?

  • @jpm1316 bull shit, acetylene can burn by its self

  • @jpm1316 oxy from air

  • @jpm1316 then why will it burn back into the bottel ?

  • @jpm1316 rofl you can say that about almost anything. Kinda a smartass thing to say.

  • @AngrySwampManStudios lol and your point is?

  • @jpm1316 Pffft points are for chumps.

  • @jpm1316 Are you sure it's not flammable in the air and only with clean oxygen?

  • @nickoolay im saying there's oxygen in the air as well.

  • @jpm1316 acetylyne can burn without the oxygen being added but there is oxygen outside of the ballon causeing ignition :)

  • @saluteshell5 exactly

  • @wowthatwasloud No oxygen means no fire

  • @wowthatwasloud best way is to get a nuetral flame going on an oxy set then put the flame out and fill the bomb. that way u get the perfect amount of oxygen and acetylene for the ultimate explosion

  • @wowthatwasloud Nothing can burn without oxygen! :D But I get your point ;)

  • The retard laughing at 1:05 is the best part!!!!!!!

  • try a full can of starting fluid in a bonfire!!! you wont believe it!!!

  • wire them together so that both ends ( where you filled them) are together and twist the ends of the wire together. Duct tape a piece of cannon fuse (20 feet) to the bottom of the Oxy Acetelene bag and slide

  • We got two huge plastic bags that sofas come in (furniture dealer has them), blew it up with an air compresser and fixed (duct taped) all the holes on both of them.

Bought a two party balls of helium and filled one with helium and the second with Oxy Acetelene mixture Tape the ends with duct tape and the wire them shut (Think bread tie)

  • three soda straws over the fuse duct taped together end to end (to stop premature detonation) Light the fuse and release the baloons The detonation broke windows for two blocks around so be ready to haul ass before the cops get there.

  • how do you make it?

  • @alex2410 well, you need some oxygen and acetylene (or propane) and put it inside something like a bag, and then find some way to safely light it on fire... i used acetylene and oxygen from a weilding tourch and put it inside a dogfood bag.

    i hope this helps ;)

  • @jpm1316 Hell-a cool! hehe. Thanks for the tip, cause a friend of mine, and I were thinking of getting a big propane tank that you use for barbequegrills...but we haven't figured out how to lit it..eccept from putting it on a bon-fire.. =P

  • @alex2410 yeah, i wouldnt do that if it was full. you should probably get a tourch nozzle that would fit your tank and use that to fill up something like a black trash bag..

  • @alex2410 yo here is now you do it Technically, oxyacetylene is just acetylene and oxygen combining to form carbon dioxide and vapor water

    2C2H2(g) + 5O2(g) --> 4CO2(g) + 2H2O(g) + HEAT

    Acetylene: C2H2

    Oxygen: O2

  • Could you imagine walking around at night in the woods and some shit like that goes off 50 feet away? I would shit out my lungs.

  • yeah, i would to

  • @natureboy84 50 ft away???U wouldnt even know what shit was lol.

  • Man, i read description and name, i thought it'll be like TNT explosion, but this is just oversized cherrybomb. I'm disappoint.

  • nice ! havent tryed a party popper b4, try any light globe from a car (wreckers have heaps) break the glass and put it inside the baloon with a long length of cheap speaker wire (never ever fails) and just like a light, the second you turn it on BOOOOOM ;) 5 * !

  • awesome!! i should try that!

  • I like the party popper idea, its a bit more advanced than my trailer park way of "string-in-petrol", lol.

  • it's a "litle" more advanced, but it's soooooo much safer.

  • Nice!!

  • QUALITY ! 5*

  • thanks

  • this is awesome
