  • if you like this you will love rampage

  • My mom is getting me this movie for Christmas! I love the views walking behind them. It really makes the movie realistic. What does everyone else think of it? Would love to get some opinions. :)

  • what is the song called

  • @MsKelly1707

    "Für Elise" by Beethoven

  • @tamponism thx :)

  • although i do feel really sorry for that ugly girl who got shot first :( aw

  • OVERRATED.

  • @Maffy1993 Extremely overrated.

  • @Maffy1993 You don't know about films

  • J'adore ce film!

  • this movie is pretty good. i like the camera work in this movie. it tells a lot. but still like.. what the point of this movie? (i have my opinion but im not sure if it's correct.)

  • I got to admit that I feel sorry for the shooters. If you think about how they were pushed over the edge it realy get you thinking.

  • @MrMachinimator yea i seen the jocks ALWAYS push around the like NOT JOCK kids alot i graduated in 97 right before school shootings became real....but if u watch the movie youl see that they just blast on anybody even the real geaky girl gets shot...anddd she never said anything to them.....the movie really does catch that part how they dont pick n choose and that made it alot more real to me!! good movie but very sad.

  • Hey guys, I've created a Facebook page dedicated to Alex Frost. Come and join. =)

  • zero day is pretty good too.

  • This is the scariest movie of all time.

  • is this in any way linked to paranoid park because it looks a lot like it...

  • @Dudesfromuk no

  • @Dudesfromuk Same director/cinematographer, same location (Portland), same milieu, but not directly connected.

  • @Dudesfromuk Gus Van Sant directed them both.

  • Best film ever!

  • Best Film Ever!

  • This was a very hard movie to watch.

  • @stargell777 yes. you need to understand the surroundings. some scenes were repeated in the high school

    hallways.

  • @alina334 it's beethovens "für elise"

  • what's the name of the song from 00:12... i caqn't remember. pls reply thanks

  • This movie is pretty intense.

  • best film ever. so hypnotic.van sant = genius

  • extremely disappointing. the trailer is about 4376573867 times better than the movie itself.

  • @hoodlydoo Gus Van Sant is a love it or hate it director. His movies also usually don't have a good hook. You get the feeling it drags.I'm one of the few who does not love him or hate him. I loved Good Will Hunting. This movie i thought was good. Nothing out of this world, but saying it sucks is just dumb

  • @mazakiel i never said it sucked, i just think this trailer is incredible and the movie didn't live up to it.

  • @hoodlydoo Agreed. My sociology teacher recommended this to me and I had high expectations but honestly was a little disappointed with it. They drag it out just enough so you won't be annoyed but you'll notice.

  • @mazakiel You seem to like his 'mainstream ' films more rather than his arthouse style films. Elephant,Paranoid Park,Mala Noche,Drugstore Cowboy,Gerry and Last Days are modern masterpieces IMO

  • @hoodlydoo doesn't this movie portrays so well american teen-agers?! not mentioning, the directing of this piece, which is very simply done.

    here's the tragedyof these lives!

  • @OlgaRusnac no.. i'm an american teenager and i didn't feel even the slightest bit of a connection towards any of these characters. despite the fact that the movie is "simple," most of the characters weren't. they were all really overdone.. almost to the point of being ridiculous. for example, most teenagers don't have casual throwing up parties in their public school restroom.

  • @hoodlydoo that's interesting, and of course that would be normal, but maybe they weren't throwing a party, but just making a surprise.

by the way, from where are you?

i'm not American... though I would say people like are all over the world. or no?

and that's the point to make in a movie or in a performance, the essencial things strongly emphasized.

    p.s. I like talking to you. you're o.k. :)

  • @hoodlydoo bulimic girls throw up together sometimes. I've seen it many times in middle and high school

  • this was my reaction to the film:

    excited>curious>bored>superbored>curious>impressed>disturbed>terrified>tormented>speechless>astonished>amazed

  • gus vant sant has such a strange way to direct movies...he goes forth and then back in time, chains scenes that at first seem to stand alone..so weird..i like his movies..last days i think is on the same way.

  • they were hurting and needed someone that wasn't there for them. all they got was crap about being different so they though by hurting people that had someone that cared then that person would notice then. The meadia and movie producers gave them just what they wanted. attion. a little too late don't you suppose? then the parents need some one to blame right? so why not blame rock stars and rappers?

  • what does listening to manson have to do with kids killing people. if you listen to lady gaga does that mean your going to start doing coke and dressing like blind whore? they shot up and bombed the school cause they had someing to say and no one was listening. so why not kill a buncha people and get on the news so someone will give a fuck.

  • @XKansasSinfulX fuck you, dumbass.

  • @ BestofBritt the "yellow shirt guy" whose name is John in the movies is supposed to be Brooks Brown who was friends with Eric Harris but had a fight with him about 3 or 4 months before the shooting but on the morning of the shooting he was outside and they told him to leave the school because he and Eric weren't fighting anymore.

  • This was one of the most offensive piles of dog shit I've ever seen. It's obviously inspired by Columbine, yet he called it a piece of fiction as to avoid dealing with anything meaningful. This film is so cliche-ridden, I'm surprised there wasn't a scene of the two young killers listening to Marilyn Manson. There is no insight to be gained by watching this film.

  • shouldve one best picture

  • omg the part where the yellow shirt guy walks out and says what are you doing and he replies dont look back is wat they said in this book. it was about this guy who used to be their friend and was spared his life and passed right by him!

  • Zero Day pwns this movie, btw

  • Hello guys. We've made a small tribute to Mr. Van Sant for the promotion of MECAL. Barcelona Short Film Festival. Search "Spot Mecal 2010". Enjoy!

  • OMG the blonde guy is lyk brooks brown and in the movie the boy who plays dylan takes s drink of water lyk eric did at the killing

  • is it worth watching

  • its good but doesnt fully tell u what happened...its kinda inaccurate

  • @thestarklover it's not really trying to be accurate

  • My favourite film of this decade. A masterpiece

  • man I saw this movie and was like 'eh' really didn't care for it not bc of the story, just didn't think it was all that great. Palm d'ore?! what were those judges smoking?

  • Muy muy buena película, llevaba años esperando verla y no sé nunca me imaginé que fuera así, la verdad esque van sant ha hecho un buen trabajo.

  • Such a different and refreshing movie :S scares

  • I Love this movie.

  • Best film of 2003.

  • Agreed

  • @neuweiwit best film ever.

  • De que trata? :)

  • De lo k Okurrio en el 99 en Columbine High School, De Eric y Dylan Dios amo a esos Tipos, Bueno en Fin de Eso =)

  • in this movie all this shooting is shown only in 'it's awful, but you won't ever ever understand why it happens ' style.

but it's bullshit.because there are reasons each of us could understand.

if you want to see a really really good movie about this theme, watch estonian " the class".

  • One of my favourite movie!!!

  • This movie is just like... love/hate... you hate it or you love it... imho, I'm on the love side.

  • I am on the Hate it side and boy am I on that side.

  • what is the piano music?

  • Fur Elise - Beethoven

  • "Moonlight Sonata" and "Fur Elise" by Beethoven.

  • Gus Van Sant is an amazing filmmaker, and this film is simply a work of art.

  • i's cruel

  • I want to see this movie soooo badly.

  • you can watch it online

  • They don't have part 1 anywhere.

    :(

  • its like Youku or somthing, some japanese website, but it has the movie

  • Watched it today, one of the best films I have ever seen
