  • Where do you get those sprouting bags?

  • @LisaDianeRN Funny you should ask. I JUST put them up for sale (the new and improved version) in my etsy shop under seller "electradesigns". I make them myself.

  • OMG your making me hungry!

  • OK, it's late and I am getting hungry watching your video! I can't go to sleep! LOL. Anyhow, my favorite foods are vietnamese and thai too! I think i just love food really. :) Thank you for showing this....yum!

  • Au Lac has some nice raw, ethic-inspired dishes. I saw your video after you went there. I like their raw stir fry. You are right. Their portions are quite generous for much less money than Julionos.

  • looks delicious! Good job!

  • thanks!

  • I'm making these tonight, but with collard greens! Thanks Alexis!!!!!!!

  • I have one of your bags. How do I sprout lentils? I have both colors.

  • I'm going to soak my lentils overnight and hopefully they will sprout tomorrow. Wish me luck!

  • I hope they sprout soon. I never intended for mine to sprout but they grew little tails within hours of soaking.

  • Excellent. Experiment with straight ground sesame, then compare with soaked ground (may call for food processor). I think there are amazing 'vegan dairy' potentials in that area. Thanks for all the great videos! :-)

  • I have heard of sesame cheese and mylk. I have to find some inexpensive, raw seeds to try.

  • Very interesting experiment you did; and you are right about the improvisational aspect of successful RAW RECIPES. I've noted well (as a past veggie burger addict) the basis of the LIVE GARDENBURGER and i's: Mixed Lentils; Nuts; Seeds/Whole Onion/Carrots/Honey. So that idea even becomes, e.g. ALMONDS/SUNFLOWER SEEDS/SESAME SEEDS/GINGER/YAMS/AGAVE. But lentils are vouchsafe IDEAL! They replicate the cooked gardenburger texture. Ground sesame (which you must try) provide a pleasant 'milkiness'.

  • I dehydrated these for a few hours and they were unbeleivably good. I probably won't be able to duplicate the recipie but that's fine because I will just keep making up new ones. I will try ground sesame soon.
