From what I've seen from the trailer so far, this looks nothing like what the movie would look like. It looks more like it would be in one of the past movies

Umm. No? It looks Nothing at all like the animation of the previous three movies. Granted, it's also not too similar to the new scans of The Legend Reborn... But in comparison to the original trailer, I think it looks pretty darn close.

Except for the detail of the hands and mouths the animation is awesome,I think that could be interesting see that on the 2008 animations or in a film of the battle for power.

Unfortunately, we won't be seeing any animation of pre-2009 material beyond this... It's quite a shame that LEGO doesn't want to go back and produce movies for the 2006-2008 story years.

Agreed, such a disapointment. I thought that the movie would feature a flash back at the beginning of the film detailing the events that would lead up to Mata Nui's exile.
