  • Very brave brother.

  • You are a brave man,

    Peace love and light

  • Will,

1-: Thankyou, this is sinking-in in deep trust,

as one writes, & am content to not do too much mental busyness around the sinking in processing. Therefore there is no hidden rider to it. It is what it is.

2-: tokeabow, plenty of people give advice,

oftentimes as an avoidance of just exactly what this goodman is actually giving. I find advice to be on a mental level. Whereas

this communication is directly person to person on an energetic level & my own sense-of the trustworthieness is yes.

  • hey friend, its not your fault your aunt should have known better, she is an adult.... she is in the wrong, you were just a kid, its OK

  • hope u are more healed dude. thanks for sharing, very relevant in your series.. people need to let all the "shite" go to grow

  • Namaste.

  • not relevant talk - u didn't do anything bad, what about criminals - here is the issue for the topic, mate

  • For all the evil deeds I have done in the past,

Created by my body, speech and mind,

From beginningless greed, hatred and delusion,

I now know shame and repent them all.

Traditional Repentance Verse from "The Practices & Vows of Samantabadra Bodhisattva" (Avatamsaka Sutra, Chapter 40)

  • I've done some things that I'm completely ashamed aboutl, I really dont feel like talking to anybody about it.

I feel like crap everyday and I have no clue how to get rid of this feeling.

Anyone have any advice for me?

  • we all make mistakes big and small forgive your self my friend change what u did as much as u can for the best do something good for others the more u do this it will help trust me peaceand3x light my brother

  • @tokeabow

Just tell one person! Someone you trust and maybe never have to see again (like a therapist). You will be amazed at how different you will feel. It happened to me!

  • @tokeabow To begin dealing with your toxic shame, read the classic book "Healing The Shame That Binds You" by John Bradshaw.

Also, there is a great thread at the Social Anxiety Support . com forum that gives priceless info about toxic shame and how to heal it. When you get to the forum, do a search there for the thread titled "The Toxic Shame Thread". I know it is a SA forum, but that thread can help EVERYONE with toxic shame, even if you don't have SA. I've been healed, and you can too.

  • @randomguy1882

Thanks RandomGuy, I'll definitely check that out, and thank you for taking the time to try and help a stranger :)

    Toke

  • You're a wise and brave soul! I see that if you bare the burden of shame it gets in the way of the love you feel for yourself. If you don't have self love you block your growth. The truth always sets you free. I know that was hard for you. Peace be with you. ~LOVE~
