Since I last wrote with my questions, Mr. Duran, I've had the opportunity to see Tierra TWO TIMES. Great shows, both times. I love the zoot suit portion they have in big band medley. They're really such a great group, and having both Steve and Bill take turns with the lead vocals works out great!
These Boys From Califas Are Just The Bomb!! Remind's Me Of The Green Eyed Girlfriend From The 7th & 8th Grade LOL Always Making Goo Goo Eyes At Me In Band. Sherie Where Are You Girl??

They're performing tomorrow night (Saturday, May 1), along with El Chicano and Malo on "Latin Legends Night". Can't get better than this. Really looking forward to seeing all these great talents live on stage, at the Cannery in Las Vegas!!
Mr. Duran. Please let people know that Tierra will be at the Galaxy Theater in Santa Ana on Valentines Day(night) Sunday, February 14. Tell your fans that tickets are on sale now. Dinner, dance and show like the old days. A Drake Entertainment Production.
hey raza, siempre guacho este grupo de la soy mexican pero con mucho felling about the musica and it's a pleasure to hear esta clase de music , yo quiero saber donde se presentan para verlos in person
Thanks so much for your quick response, Mr. Duran. Were many of these band members part of the original Tierra? Can you take a look at their performance on Solid Gold on You Tube doing "Together". Was Steve the lead singer there? The lead singer in this video is fantastic but way too young to have been with the original group. Thanks for helping out this "inquring mind"!!
Thanks for the comments. Yeah, Steve was the singer on the Solid Gold performance. The singer in our video is Bill Mondragon. He's been in the band for about 15 years, but wasn't around in the 80s. Now he & Steve trade lead vocals during the live performances. If you watch our video of Together, you'll see both of them in action.
Are Rudy and Steve together now, as part of Tierra? (I saw something from a few years ago, saying that only Rudy had rights to Tierra and that Steve would be "formerly of Tierra". I HOPE they're together. What an incredible group!!
Yes, the Salas Bros got back together about 3 years ago. Tierra just released their new CD "On the Right Track" a couple months back, their first with both Rudy & Steve in over 10 years.
