hello i tested or the Little Giant, but I do not work anymore 'while playing a' 3-watt 8 cabinet hom single cone or heard a strange noise with volume at zero! you know it?

Great lead tone! :) How does the Little Giant fare in the land of metal i.e. Metallica/Slayer/Trivium/Lamb of God etc. Would an OD (Tubescreamer/Bad Monkey) in front of the amp take it into brutal range? I'm torn between the Little Giant and HT-5 for bedroom practice.

@whoahyeah the little giant eats up the ht 5 as far as volume bottom end etc...u will need a distortion to push it into metal territorey...p.s.and blackheart is not paying me to say this lol'there just a great little class a tube amp...i gig with mine on a weekley basis..hey blackheart if your reading this i will get the tatto for a killer ant or handsome devil lol'

thanx...yeah it takes overdrive boxes very well...ive used a boss sd1 a fulltone ocd etc...all with great results...the bad monkey would work great with this amp to...and this sucker can throw out some serious volume to...cant go wrong with this amp..

Awesome playing and tone! I play on a band. And I´m the soloist. If I buy this amp, with an overdrive pedal with some mids in front of it like the bad monkey, would the solos jump from the mix? Thanks
