@potetoboy4 the change shown from 1:16 to 1:20 is called the goat change and can be learned from their DVD called andthensome...the other move you are refering to is called the jones change...the explanation can be found here in youtube by dan and dave...they explained it wrong on the trilogy so they refilmed it and uploaded it...

I mean for the Goat change the explanation might have explained what was actually happening but not how to THINK when executing the technique. Adjusting how you view the technique metaphorically and how it FEELS is a GIANT part of ALL skills. I would know I have many skills lmao!!
