  • This is obedience training for the chainless slaves!

  • fuck them

  • Brit cops out doing their jobs trying to protect the public. I was more disturbed by the moron harassing the cops with the camera, what a dumb asshole. Notice I used the word dumb? You seem to like it, it suits you noob. Search was legal as the officer clearly stated, special powers given to suit the situation that renders reasonable suspicion void. Thank f***k our cops have the ability to adapt in such a way.

  • I was searched at the airport last year and they told me it was for my own safety...... LOL!

  • there's a million of these kind of videos on the internet and in the end nobody gets justice and the police carry on as they are, its a sad world..

  • i would have stopped him aswell, he looks dodgy

  • the police officer quoting "section 60 " is not correct, section 60 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, still does not allow for stop and searches unless the officer doing the S&S has reasonable grounds (that have been stated in writing) under which the senior officer has authorized a section 60.

  • @vulcanvisitor actually a sec is to serch without the reasonable grounds...has to be authorised

  • J4k31 the point to vids like this is where does it end? How many people get searched before a real criminal is caught?

  • Germany 1939 is HERE!

Give up while you still can, we the people have no say or power

  • Back to front baseball cap...seems like reasonable grounds to me.

  • Thats bullshit.

The superior officer says people should be searched and reasonable suspicion is a dot in the rear view mirror of our rights.

    BULLSHIT !

  • google sec 60 the piggys telling porkies

  • The devil finds work for idle hands, and idle coppers. Why are the doing a name check on the victim? Surely he's not required to give his name , his address, or his date of birth. Uniless the pigs are going to charge him with an offense? Correct or enlighten me if I am wrong. You do a good job Tzimnewman3. Clearly the number of thumbs down you are receiving indicates that the pigs are viewing your videos on you tube.

  • papwork hearsay? .. type imbatman57 in youtube & talkshoe.com

  • I cant believe anyone would actually let a police officer search them just becuase 'they can'. I would have point blank refused a search. This is rediculous!

  • Section 60 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, gives police the right to search people in a defined area at a specific time when they believe, with good reason, that: there is the possibility of serious violence; or that a person is carrying a dangerous object or offensive weapon etc etc... This copper is, er, not entirely telling the truth.

  • Polite Officers...

  • State organised intimidation. This dose nothing but waste time money and alienate the public from the police. It is fundamentally against a subjects of her majesties rights as her subject to be searched with out grounds by enyone. Except under a state of national emergency.

  • I rather be searched by police than blown up by a bomb

  • @MrMuhamar I'd rather see police officers actually target terrorists instead of peaceful protestors. Like the guy's they are searching are well known to the police for peaceful protests in the area. Don't see how searching them will stop someone else setting off a bomb. Its not that hard, in fact its very easy and I am surprised that we don't hear much explosions going off.

P.S. How would the police prevent someone clicking a switch that detonates a bomb during a search?

  • @Tzimnewman3 You are too dumb. If people knew who the terrorists are they would target them imbecile. Protestors are pathetic.

  • @ReyFlame82 You are the pathetic one for calling everyone dumb without a real reason.

  • @Tzimnewman3 Your both pathetic. Your right we have the right to go about our day un harassed by the police but at the same time it is an issue of safety

  • @ReyFlame82 Lol i bet you're about to get harassed a lot here on youtube for that careless comment

  • @Tzimnewman3 and how do they target terrorists exactly? do they all wear like a specific style of shirt or something? do they "look" like terrorists? if someone's un-cooperative and they get fucked over its their fault.

  • @Tzimnewman3 "I'd rather see police officers actually target terrorists", and there we go, your credibility is lost immediately with your first sentence. What does a terrorist look like? How can you spot a terrorist? Exactly. You can't...

  • @Tzimnewman3 the biggest terrorists is the british goverment them selfs...

  • @MrMuhamar and you would give a little bit of freedom for a little bit of security...you will get neither and deserve nothing you fuckin sheep cunt

  • @MrMuhamar heres a question, how many police searches led to any evidence of 'terrorism'?(the word that is now thrown around so loosely)....

  • @MrMuhamar see the thing is if you look up section 60 it says a "creditable theft of violence " that is not what the officer says now is it

  • @MrMuhamar LKMNFAO!!!!!!!!!! you've gotta take that cock out of your mouth Muhamar.

  • @MrMuhamar wrong, this search was illegal first place so don't let them in the first! The bombs & killing are from the government in the first place, wake up then take your right back from these pigs...... become a freeman & learn your rights!

  • @MrMuhamar "Those willing to give up liberty for security deserve niether and will lose both" -Benjamin Franklin. Knob.

  • Being a uk citizen i do not feel safe or comforted by watching this! rather instills fear and unease into going about ones daily business...... these police would be better deployed on border control!

  • People have to remember these are protesters, protesting about how low the world and the uk have sunk with regards to quality of living and basic human rights for the masses where`s there`s no need for it.....they`ve hardly come together with the above common purpose to be violent to one an other....it`s the common peoples who need protecting by the police against the bankers and politicians.

  • So they can do what they want, but we can`t!! about time the police realized they are being used!

  • fucking liberty if you ask me control freaks pity what hell there kids go through

  • THEY WOULD SEARCH THERE OWN MOTHERS IF THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD GET A NICK

  • Im fed up of people like the camera man who hate the police for no apparent reason. They are actually doing a good enough jpb, they stop crimes every where. This guy looks shifty or whatever so they search him. People have nothing better to do nowadays execept complain. If this bloke felt he was being unreasonably searched he would have said so himself. People like the man filming are just bored and useless. The police are ordinary people doing a job that helps the very people who complain.

  • Section 60 gives police the right to search people in a defined area at a specific time when they believe, with good reason, that: there is the possibility of serious violence; or that a person is carrying a dangerous object or offensive weapon; or that an incident involving serious violence has taken place and a dangerous instrument or offensive weapon used in the incident is being carried in the locality. This law mainly to tackle football hooliganism and gang fights.

  • @jsheppard001 in other words... no right to search these people

  • Comment removed

  • THE R.U.C. taught them this ,...its a small world :)

  • this is a free country were police can search you for no reason at random dam i feel free aha

  • Section 60 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, gives police the right to search people in a defined area at a specific time when they believe, with good reason, that: there is the possibility of serious violence; or that a person is carrying a dangerous object or offensive weapon; or that an incident involving serious violence has taken place and a dangerous instrument or offensive weapon used in the incident is being carried in the locality.

  • So you can stop someone for NO reason............and that’s a democracy.

  • Thanks for showing this - one more reason to keep myself and my hard earned money well away from Britain.

  • @Stalicone what other reasons do you have for keeping yourself and your hard earned money away from Britain?

  • @caladabolg2nd

Where do I begin? I will NEVER visit a nation where the natural right of self defense is considered a crime by the Government. I will never visit a country where a stupid talk radio personality is vilified for his opinions and placed on a "persona non-grata" list alongside murderers and terrorists, only for the sake of "fairness and Political correctness. I will never visit a country where freedom of speech is curtailed under fallacious prohibitions against "Hate Speech"...more?

  • @Stalicone if you have more then yes; please continue.

  • FUCK!!!!!

  • What is the problem with being searched?.... If you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't really care.. They're only doing their job.

  • @osvaycs exactly right if you have nothing to hide then you will be fine with it, plus what people fail to understand is this is a proactive search, when there events you dont want kinves, drugs or guns on the streets, just a simple quick stop and search can catch the criminals before they can commit serious crimes, for the innocent ones its not exactly great been stopped and searched but for no reason but at least it shows the police are doing all they can to keep the streets safe

  • @peppster111

You my friend, are tailor made to be a good citizen of any oppressive regime in the world. Benjamin Franklin would have told you that "YOU sir, deserve no liberties, whatsoever. neither do you deserve the protection of the State. When you you cry out for salvation and protection from tyrants, you only deserve SILENCE as your response."

  • @Stalicone what the fuck are you actually talking about?

  • @peppster111

I am talking about your comment: "If you have nothing to hide, you will be fine with it."(Being searched)

Benjamin Franklin said (and I agree) "Those who are willing to give up essential Liberty to purchase temporary safety, deserve NEITHER!" The idea that I find an unwarranted search repugnant, has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with whether I have "something to hide." It DOES have to do with the mistrust of Government and authority that is incumbent upon any Citizen.

  • @peppster111

Additionally, waiving precious civil rights, in order to "keep the streets safe" is the rationale of tyrants who engage Police and Military to subdue the rightful owners of the Government (The People). Remember it is the GOVERNMENT who should fear the people, not the other way around. When it comes to warrant-less searches, I DO NOT CONSENT AND WILL NEVER CONSENT!

  • @peppster111

Does that answer your question? Now you know what "the fuck" I'm talking about....Cowards who pose the idea that if I object to a Police officer searching me without cause, I MUST have something to hide. NO! I have something to PROTECT! My Rights (and yours) although apparently you don't seem to care about YOUR rights - BUT YOU DON'T SPEAK FOR ME!

  • @osvaycs Its not the getting searched, really I dont think anyone who is innocent would care about that. Its the fact that personal information is taken down. This information could end up anywhere under the current mess of a system they have in place - the information is handed to private security companies, banks, and is centralized with other countries police forces and intelligence agencies.

  • @The666thProphet You don't have to give any details after you have been searched.. so what are you moaning about? Stop being ignorant.

  • @The666thProphet

NOT true, I care about it! No one searches me....Period. Unless they do so in compliance with the US Constitution. Have probable cause, Secure a warrant through oath or affirmation before a lawful Justice. And YES - I HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE. But what I carry on my person is NOBODY'S BUSINESS!

  • @osvaycs

Are you kidding? I may have nothing to hide, but I have something to PROTECT - My natural rights to be free from the fear that anyone will go poking their big fat nose into my MY business, MY property, My papers, My communications...Which frankly, are no ones business, especially not the Government's. Anyone who fails to understand that simple principle and says, "If you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't object to a search" DESERVES NO FREEDOM! STUPID SHEEP!

  • By the way iam german and i can tell u tahts exactly what the nazis did geting peoble used to have the goverment in youre pants for no reason any time they wish to! Its Prisenors Training stoping you on youre way for zero reasons treating you like a criminal in front of everyone! This is disgusting i thort we left this kind a shit behind welcome in Nazi prison camp

  • @strolchi10

These poor stupid Brits....They have no fucking clue....They are no longer "Citizens" they are merely "Subjects". At least when the Royals were in charge you knew who it was you served. Now you poor socialist morons are enslaved by a nameless, faceless bureaucracy. How pathetic! First they took your guns away, then they put you in jail for protecting your family and loved ones, now they search you with no probable cause. Your fathers who wrote the Magna Carta, would be ASHAMED!

  • This is waht a Nazi fashist policestate looks like! Pleas dont get used to it!!

  • i wanna cut up a filthy pig

  • Its probably been said but to clear it up they use sec 60 during big events and sometimes during small events. Lets say someone was stabbed during a protest instead of the police having to need a reason to search everyone they can legally search anyone without a reason this means they have a better chance of catching the suspect.

  • @Thirdwatchandgta "Lets say someone was stabbed during a protest instead of the police having to need a reason to search everyone they can legally search anyone without a reason this means they have a better chance of catching the suspect."

No one got stabbed and there was no violence. At close to midnight a police officer came by himself to speak with us. The police felt safe to let an officer do this by himself. I agree that if someone is stabbed then they can do this but no one got stabbed.

  • @Tzimnewman3 I know no one was stabbed I was using that as an example maybe something else happened. Assault or something.

  • @Thirdwatchandgta "I know no one was stabbed I was using that as an example maybe something else happened. Assault or something."

No assault or any other criminal act occurred. It was very peaceful and for this reason the police felt safe enough to allow one of their own to come and speak with the people close to midnight. We had three visits from the police that morning and they knew exactly what time the protestors were leaving. It was arranged with the event organiser.

  • @Tzimnewman3 its proactive to avoid those kinds of inncodents, with the way crime happens in this age its how the police have to be, to be honest its reasurring the police are doing all they can to stop the troublemakers causeing havoc in everything, many do not realise how much the police actually do to keep the peace at events allowing the peaceful events to stay peaceful

  • @peppster111 "be honest its reasurring the police are doing all they can to stop the troublemakers causeing havoc in everything"

I don't see how it can reasure you that they only stop and search guys that are regular peaceful protestors. One of the guys there has a art display on Parliament Square and often protests peacefully at Trafalgar Square. During the night the police spoke with most of these guys who are very peaceful. Such a waste of our tax money.

  • @Tzimnewman3 hmm ever thaught that riots often start as "peaceful protests" they are out there to stop the people who arnt planning on peace, sometimes they will blend right in with the crowd, they do these things for reasons, if not they wouldnt be allowed in this shit world of everything restricted that we live in

  • @Tzimnewman3 Why do you keep putting what he said in quotes when it is clearly written there? You think yourself something speacial or what?

  • @peppster111 this preventative system stems from us being in a police state.we want freedom the police should only act if there has been a law has been broken or its blatantly obvious that a law will be broken,if the law has been broken and no justice is served then thats the price we pay to be free ,id rather that than these corporate lackys trying to extract money from the public when they would catch alot more crimminals if they looked up the social ladder, crime pours down not creeps up

  • @Thirdwatchandgta

Did you ever think the reason why no one was stabbed is because if the potential offenders know they can be searched at random BEFORE any violence has been commited, thats a big enough deterrent in itself to even carry such weapons? Typical gimps of society thinking the police are abusing powers when they dont even consider the greater picture.

  • @Thirdwatchandgta if someone was stabbed then that is the resonable suspision +

  • police state now,can do what ever they want to anyone at anytime (bullshit)

  • When stopped the pig will ask for your name and address and date of birth. You do not have to give this information if you don’t want to, unless the police officer says they are reporting you for an offence.

  • Why doesnt anyone have the balls to make a citizens arrest on a pig who touches you. For anyone to touch you without consent is ASSAULT.

  • fucking faggots grabbing his balls. It's assault.
