THIS IS NOT GAZPACHO!! The real Andalucian Gazpacho only has tomato, cucumber, garlic, onion, green pepper, olive oil, vinegar and salt. The bread is used for a similar sauce called "Salmorejo", very rare using it in Gazpacho and, for christ´s shake, using Tabasco should be a capital sin. The Gazpacho is a cream, not a mixture of vegetables. The ingredients after mixed have to be strained a few times to take out the strands, skins and seeds. VERY dissapointing preparation.
