  • Dara that looks beautiful. I have actually read from many many sources that there are actually green bell peppers that are supposed to be green, those are not actually unripe, anyone else read about ripe green peppers?

  • I was thinking, along with DarlingKaya to use two for buns. Might be a lot of mushroom. I have never thought of using the mushroom for the "bread." Only ever saw it used as the "meat." I might try this. Yes, might "split them and use part for other things. Also just an aside...Since you showed using mushroom in your smoothies, tonics, etc. I found dried shitaki which I have used in soups before, but now crumbled a few into my morning smoothies. Do you think it has some value?

  • you can also take another one and put it on top as a bun as well... could just cut it in the middle in half so its thinner if you dont like too much mushroom =) and just pack it full of stuff in between :D YUM

  • first of all , why are you so damn sexy? second of all, I just got some almonds from the super store, since I live in mexico I am hoping they are not so processed as in the US, I soaked them in water and they abosrbed the water, does that mean they are germinating, or how can I know if they are activating the enzymes like in Dans Coconut Almond Yogurt video with Lou Corona?

    First of all. thank you ;) second of all. organic almonds raw are very hard to get here since they passed the pastuerization law. soak them 8-12 hours to remove enzyme inhibitors. i do love the coconut almond yogurt via those great men!

  • @TheLozano066 keep them moist in a sprouting jar for a few days to a week and if they grow tails they are still good.

  • Dara, I've never tried hemp seeds before, and I don't have it now, but I have all other ingredients for the cheese, can you tell me if hemp seeds taste simular to sunflower seeds? I have this one , do you think I can make like this replacement ? <3

    hemp is fattier so no

    but yes you can try it. add a little hemp or olive oil to make up for it

    soak the seeds for two hours to soften and remove enzyme inhibitors. :)

    yes. cashews taste the best, then hemp, then seeds ;)
