  • It wasn't thich nhat hanh wearing the shoes. Great video

  • someone must have give him those shoes

  • thank you i love your teaching.

  • I love this meditation. I also love, and this is strange, that the venerable master wears chuck taylors :) I am not being disrespectful or funny. I love my chucks and I just think it is great that someone of his stature and wisdom would....well wear converse. I just read my post and know it sounds stupid but...well... there you go.

  • @TGLymantaiste seems quite auspicious to have the same foot wear as a monastic dharma teacher. The brother might say, if the shoe fits....

  • @rezdoglatte I dont know to what degree our being similarly shod will elevate my capacity for mindfullness but for some reason it makes me smile and I think that may be enough. I have been practicing for some time and still find no end to the beauty it adds to my life. :)

  • @TGLymantaiste Ha ha ha no you are spot on. Why should a master not wear spiffing shoes? Only the pious and small minded despise what is elegant and artful.

  • So simple and yet peaceful and profound meditation. Will begin every morning with Pebble for your pocket meditation!Namaste.

  • Thank you.

  • wONEderful :)

  • Thank you very much!!! :)

  • I love this meditation. I read it in one of Thay's books. Having no way to find natural pebbles near me, I went to a metaphysical store and selected four small stones - one representing each part of the meditation: a flower, a mountain, water and space.

  • precious meditation, precious teacher, precious moment; thank you

  • Your video has become a place of awareness for me each morning. Usually alone in my practice, I borrow your insight and stillness.

Thank you. Thank you. Bless you!

  • Remarkable how much mindful joy can be generated from 4 pebbles. The only time this practice has not been peaceful to me is when I forget about the pebbles being in my pocket and the washing machine reminds me.

  • Very good reminder!
