  • Love it, I thinking of going natural so this is a great way to see how this would look on me

  • OMG! Perfect - I'm going to purchase my wig and tweak it like yours! Thanks for the awesome tutorial.

  • Thanks. I guess by the time you got my message, I was already wearing it. I guess I could still do it.

  • Have you trying bleaching the knots as well as the tweezing of the hairline? It works great.

  • @DustyDangerrr No, can you bleach synthetic knots? Do you use hair bleach or household. I've never done this before lol.

  • This was an amazing tutorial. Thank you so much for posting this!

  • @snogmyarse2890 Thanks

  • i think im going to use the sheers and go back in with the tweezers. i really love this tutorial. it inspired me to make a decision on my prom hairstyle. I want a Marsha Ambrosious look, and before this i was wondering how to achieve it best.

  • @OhSoVistosoAgogo Awesome, it def looks like her afro :)

  • What if you piece comes with baby hair already?

  • @nappytdy08 You can add more hair. I still add hair to mine even if they come with baby hair. I did this with my wig "Tori" and she came with some baby hair. I like lots of baby hair lol.

  • you are just amazing. thank you for this. but i would like to know if i get a lace wig like thio one in ur video that hasnt got a part on the side, can i create one on the wig or do the sell the wigs with the part on the side and also can u do a video that shows how to creat part on the lace wig. thank you so much

  • @elegance252 Freetress has some wigs now that have a side part. The part is permanent though. They are called the "invisible part wig." If you are looking for something that you can part far back, I would suggest just looking for a brad with lot of parting room. Ozone wigs usually have lots of lace and you could create a deep part that way.

  • So glad I found this vid...tried this method with a curly lace wig and looks brilliant :)

  • Okay, so Im loving your videos on the lace fronts. Do you have any make-up tutorials? Because ur makeup is sooooo pretty :)

  • @NovemPio Thanks, I have a few. I will be adding more later. :)

  • Looks Absolutely Beautiful! Thank you very much for this video :) It is greatly appreciated.

  • ,is this human or synthetic..It's really cute

  • @Slimbrownskin09 Thanks, it is synthetic

  • Hey, great vid! i have an issue after i cut the baby hair i can still see the lace in back on it. i have about 2 inches of parting space so that is what i am seeing. i have cut more and more baby hair to cover it up but you can still see the lace in back of the baby hair. any advice? thanks

  • @mrsofficer25 I'm not sure if I understand what you mean. Is there extra lace sticking out? If so, I would say just trim off a little bit of the extra lace. That or use your face makeup on the lace to help it blend in with your skin. Let me know if I haven't answered your question properly Thanks for watching :)

  • awesome video. You rock!!!!

  • @MyMakeuplooks Thanks

  • hopefully im not asking a question you have already answered, but i noticed you did not glue the sides down but what about the front hairline did you use a little glue if so what kind? also this video was very helpful thanks alot

  • @AnilyaRemedy Thanks, I just use two bobby pins on each side of my head. I demonstrate this in my "Drew ponytail/puff" video. Be sure to check it out. I love doing this method, and it prevents damage at the hairline. Thanks for watching.

  • Love this! You are so pretty too!! Recent subscriber and cant wait to view all your videos "o)

  • @trebahingram Thanks, welcome to my channel!

  • This is easily the best lace wig hairline i've seen....beyonce's hairline doesn't even look this natural, and she started the lace wig trend!! Thanks so much for this tutorial i just bought a silk top unit and now I'm really excited!!! Thanks!!!

  • @TheChanelbelle Lol, thanks.

  • You natural hair is so pretty and curly! :D

  • @Brownshugga199 Thanks

  • Hi....loved the video very helpful.....I wanted to know if u can tweak the hairline if u r gluing ur lace front on?.....thanks in advance! !!!

  • @yvette101010 I have never glue a wig on, but I would say you probably could Just tweak it before you glue it.

  • Woah...that's a wig?! I randomly clicked in this video...u didn't even know u was just bored. Then I read comments and im like "what! No liars. Thats not a wig"

  • This is the best natura hairline tutorial ive seen on here! you did an excellent job! I bought a wig and im about to lose my lacefront virginity. Your videos are definitely going to be a big help! Thanks!

  • @simoenkb Thanks lol. "Lace front virginity" made me lol.

  • Do you have any pics on what a straight hair wig hairline would look like?

  • WOW! Awesome & informative. Thanks for sharing!

  • I needed this video so bad. Thanks for exerting the effort.

  • That is amazing! you are very ingenious.

  • great great video! This is so helpful!!

  • How would u do this with straight hair?

  • @cywarner1 You just do the same method.

  • WOW that was impressive. REaLLY thanks for the tips.

  • you see that, how natural that looks?

  • I heart these tutorials, really good hairline tips ty!!

  • Awesome girl, just awesome! I will try this and hopefully it comes out great!!!

  • in a million years i never would have guessed this was a wig. Youre super awesome! Now can you just stand outside every beauty supply store in America and show women how to do this , or tell them to watch the video. The smooth hairlines are getting out of control.

  • wow it look so real i would have never know that was a lace front, good job

  • That looks DANG good! LOL! wow!

  • Thanks so much for this video. I tried it. I made the baby hairs a bit to thick on one side:( but nailed it on the other side! Im going to order drew soon so i'll know just how to fix her up.

    Thanks

  • I use to hate, I mean HATE some lace wigs b/c of the "fake" hairline. I think I'm going to buy one and fix it up like you showed me! Thanks so much for this!!!!

  • Thank you! Very helpful!

  • This was a very informative video. I think I will stop being skeptical of buying a lace front wig now. I saw this one chic, and I cannot remember her name but she showed the same steps except she sewed in the wig to her braided hair underneath to make the lace lay down on the sides. So maybe I will incorporate both. Thank you girl love it.

  • This was educational! :) Thank u

  • loved it

  • ur a beast! thanks a lot!!!! =)

  • Great vid! Girl you worked that hair line lol. Thank you for sharing :)

  • Drew who? Girl, you made this you! Love it... so creative I wouldn't have thought of this. Glad I found your channel. Your newest Sub!

  • Have you ever done the 1st set of tweezing while the wig was on your head?. If so did your results turn out jus as good as it did on the manequin

  • @MrsBrogdon1011 I haven't, but you could give it a try.

  • Kan you tweeze the hairline with the wig on your head?

  • @MrsBrogdon1011 Sure! Just be sure to make sure your real hair is properly covered so you don't accidentally tweeze it.

  • Great Vid...I learned a lot! : )

  • @AMegaStarIsBorn Thanks

  • Wow, you're working magic on that hairline. It looks good! Thanks for sharing. :)

  • @DHMunroe Thanks

  • Just wanted to say, that i'm going natural, and I'm protecting my hair with these wigs. I got that wig and i loved it! I also did exactly what you said my sister was thinking that it was mine because my natural hair is the same lentth but not as full. Thanks so much! i cut the lace so close and putlled some pieced of my hair around the ends and blended it. I get so many comments on it!

  • @LynnMonroeTV Thanks

  • Thanks a bunch for the tips. I really appreciated it. You look great by the way...

  • @Lindasuella Thanks

  • This is excellent! Thank you for sharing!

  • @merissaandrea Thanks

  • Amazing Tutorial!! thank you!

  • @TLovesu2 Thank you

  • EXCELLENT VIDEOS. Thank you so much for sharing, I am VERY picky about my hairline, I will try this method. You are beautiful. GOD BLESS!!!

  • @patunrase Thank you...good luck!

  • ordering one of these as soon as possible.

  • @LynnMonroeTV Awesome! I hope you like her!

  • Can you tweez the hair with the wig on your head because I don't have a styrofoam head

  • @lakenwoodz Sure! I do that sometimes. Just be sure to make sure your real hair is out of the way. You don't want to accidentally pluck your real hair out. Thanks for watching!

  • Thankyou so much for making these videos about forming realistic hairline/baby hair. ! I was nervous about getting a lace wig since i was so picky about the hairline on some of them. but now im fully confident because i can fix it to my specifications thanks to you! :)

  • Very best info I've ever seen on lace front wigs ANYWHERE! Thanks you so much. You are absolutely beautiful and your presentation was just awesome. I wear a wig everyday and need to know if you have any suggestions to help prevent the awful tangling/matting (in the lower back of the wig - nape area) -- happens to synthetic and human hair. It's very expensive. Again, thanks and God bless you and your new marriage! LadyVal45

  • @ladyval45 Thanks so much! I would say use a wig conditioner/detangler spray and spritz the hair before styling it. I've found that using thee wig detangler helps certain wigs stay a little less matted. However, they all tangle, so I think it is ultimately unavoidable to some degree.

  • Does this also work for straight hair wigs? But great video now I'm not scared to by a lace front lol.

  • @DivaDelicious951 Yes, I do this with all of my wigs whether they are straight or curly. Thanks for watching.

  • incredible technics , i so needed this video tutorial! you've made my day! i am loving my wigs now lol... thank you, your awesome!

  • @jayvoice Thanks

  • can u or r u able to do this technique with the non kinky-afro wig styles? i have one that is more crimped not so natural looking...im really interested! thanks...

  • @aarionteau Yes, I do this with all of my wigs whether they are straight or curly. Thanks for watching.

  • Excellent vid!!! thx so much 4 sharing your tips...

  • Hey girl do you use the same technique to make the back of your head look natural if you put it up in a pony tail

  • @Phen1483 No, if I wear drew up then I just pull out a little of my hair around the perimeter and blend it in with the wig. That way it looks like its my hair when I wear it in a ponytail. I just posted a video on how I do this. Feel free to check it out. Thanks for watching. :)

  • so i take it you don't wear a wig cap?

  • @angiet937 I wear one...

  • how close to the hairline do u cut the lace?

  • @angiet937 I cut it right before the hair in the wig starts. I get as close as I can to the hair without cutting any of the knots.

  • I've been wearing full weaves for several years, and have been a little apprehensive about trying the lace front wigs because I've seen a lot of horrible application. But, your videos, by far, are the best tutorials on the web. I have learned so much on making this lace front look more natural. I can't wait to try it now. Thanks for the info, and keep up the fabulous work you're doing. Do you have any tips or tutorials for sewing the lace front wigs on?

  • @MsTBreedlove Thanks sooo much girly! I've never tried doing a sew in though, so I'm not sure how it works with that.

  • @BridezillaMartina - Thanks for the reply... I just found a stylist where I purchase my hair that does sew them in. I've made an appointment to sit and observe on her next appointment. I'll stay in touch with you to let you know how it's done, and may even do my own and post it.

Again, thanks for the great tips.

  • DOES THIS WORK WITH LACE CLOSURES?

  • @MISSNELL757 I haven't tried it, but I think it would.

  • Hey Martina, do you have a little of your own baby hairs out? I noticed you have the wig pulled back so I'm wondering if some of it happens to be yours. Anyway I love the vid thanks so much for sharing! <3

  • @aquanu85 Thanks. I don't have any of mine out in the final look. I don't think any were out while I was tweezing, if so they must have popped out while I was working with the wig or something. I know for sure none are out in the final look. Thanks for watching.

  • OMG you are my eyes twin LOL I think our eyes are just alike! I wonder if we are related somehow... it's crazy LOL

  • @Go0dGirl81 I have a hugeeee family on my mom's side. I'm talking thousandssss of relatives on her side of the family alone, and we all look alike lol, so there is a chance. Do you have a picture? I think it is cool to find people who look similar.

  • @BridezillaMartina I do have pictures. I'm not sure how to share them on YouTube since I don't do much on here except watch videos. But I saw you on Bridezillas and I KEPT saying omg she has my eyes! We really look like we could be related it's weird.

  • Is that human hair? Looks so real.

  • @potterylady1 Thanks, it is synthetic. However, they have a more expensive human version of it.

  • Awesome!

  • @hameedahmajeedah Thanks

  • I think your method is great, however, how would this method work with straight hair?

  • @vdgronnie It works the same way with straight hair. Thanks for watching.

  • Thank you so much for all your HELP! I use a eyebrown razor to cut my edge for baby hair.

  • @nazingah Thanks for watching.

  • fan-tast-ique!

  • @DaWeirdFreak thanks

  • Great job, ma'am!

  • @pennup Thanks

  • Do you have any eyebrow tutorials? I love you eyebrows. Regardless you never disappoint Martina this video sold me. Going back to lacefronts for the summer. Thanks

  • @crit1227 Thanks soooo much! I have one eyebrow tutorial on how to bleach your eyebrows. That's the only one I have for now though. Let me know if you would like to see any others.

  • I just ordered this wig! I did the big chop last wk and this is exactly how I want my hair to look -so thanks for another great vid. :-)

  • @savannajolie Thanks for watching.

  • U r beautiful nohomo.

  • @fatimadahotbody Thanks girly!

  • Did u pick some of the hair apart to make it look more natural?

  • @lascanillas I just kinda finger combed it some.

  • Can you take the wig on or off when u come home like a normal wig? U look awesome!

  • @lascanillas Thanks. I take it off as soon as I get home lol. That's what makes these wigs awesome. You don't have to glue them down because there are combs on the inside and a drawstring.

  • Awesome thanks for sharing I am so gonna try this on my wigs and of course I subbed!

  • You are the best :) Thank you for sharing

  • Wow I am so glad I came across this video! I have really wanted to purchase a lace wig but was afraid to for fear of it not looking natural but now I can't wait to get one!

  • @Meisha622 Thank you! I'm glad I was able to help you out.

  • Excellent Tutorial, Thanks for sharing!

  • Thank you so much for this video. I never wanted to buy a lace wig until I saw this video.

  • this was a FABULOUS tutorial! Thank you =) God Bless!

  • Ms. Lady you are a genius!

  • ok thankyou so much

  • when i tweez the hair line since i dont have a manican head, do i cut the lace first? or should i cut it after?

  • @123chrisla You should cut the lace first, and then put on the wig and start tweezing. Hope this helps.

  • ok cool thankyou so much if i have any more questions i will ask because this is my first time. im transitioning.

  • did you take out some of your own hair in the front? before you put on the wig? and what if i dont have a manican head to teez the hair?

  • @123chrisla Hey! I didn't take any of my hair out in the front. If you don't have a wig head, then you can just tweeze while wearing the wig. You should make sure all of your real hair is tucked away and slicked back. This way you avoid accidentally plucking your real hair out.

  • where did you get your lace from and.what is her name

  • @kojo04me Hey! I got her from elevatestyles website, and the name is "LW-Drew."

  • GOOD I HAVE A BIG HEAD TOO I ORDERED MINE TODAY IM SO EXCITED.!! BUT I STAY IN MIAMI,FL SO I DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE

  • @123chrisla Awesome! Hope you like her!

  • Your hairline looks amazing. I have been so anti wig all my life cause they always look so fake. However since I went natural I really need some more protective styles or bad hair day options and with ur tutorial I have actually ordered this wig. Thanks so much.

  • @sgantt1 Thanks for watching

  • i wanted to know before i get the beshe lace front wig,,is it meant for people that have small heads?

  • @123chrisla I am not really sure. I have a really large head.

  • Thanks for the tips :). Looks so real, love it! I never had a wig before but after seeing this vid I am definitely buying one.

  • what an amazing job

  • @TashurRaquel Thanks!

  • GREAT JOB!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN THIS DONE!!!

  • @LeOlaRai Thanks!

  • Wow... Great tips... One of my main reasons for not buys lace fronts, because the don't look natural... After seeing your tips.... I'm about to load up... :)

    Thanks

  • @medalyun Thanks!
