This brought a tear to my eye. I am Jewish and I have had many people tell me that my tattoos (that have served as a mask to my pain and a huge part of me "masculinizing" my body before I started on hormones) was not acceptable by many Jews. I wanted to scream at them, "What the F***, I am going to have my breasts cut off for G-d's sake (and my own)." I am G-d's image.

The world has much to learn, acceptance, unconditional love and the fact that tattoes are self expression and have been around since tribal times. We are all made in the image of our creator, given free will and a mind to think. We are not sheep, we are spirits having a human experience and are here to learn to be a better species through the challenges we face. The day we learn self love and to love one another without conditions, is the day our species will evolve.

As long as we accept ourselves that is all that really matters, the rest will come along eventually. We have to give them a learning curve. It is biological you know, all related to hormonal play. Nature does have a way of creating variety.

My ex gf (MtF) was giving a speech for awareness week on campus, and this pro life group very rudely interrupted, holding grotesque signs and shouting, calling her a baby killer and saying that she has AIDS (when she is actually also pro-life, but they weren't representing the cause well... though I'm pro choice). Just very close minded people around.

I find the term "gender dysphoria" too closely related to the idea that it is a mental disorder, and is a bit demeaning though. Thanks for rep

unfortunately there are many young souls in our world who are stuck in their religious beliefs and anti everything. We can only educate those that want to be educated. Christians are anti everything and everyone, as are most religious sectors. Spirit loves us all the way we are, and created us for a reason to help the rest of the world learn to love unconditionally. The term GD is demeaning, we where created in God's image. Our creator is both male and female as it says in the old testament.

i grew up down the street from a transsexual woman. didnt bother me at all. once people see that ur human like everyone else, most people will be like, "oh, ok, im cool with that". thos who arent cool with transexuals are probably people who have problem getting along with ALL people.

This video is great. I'm thinking of showing it to my family. My boyfriend is Ftm and starts T next week and they just don't get it, still call him she and even try to correct me with pronouns. I never seen an easy way to explain the medical theroys behind it before well done ! and thank you!
