Its not that the Makoto sucked, its the fact that Chun's super can take about half the damn half gauge off on any chararcter wtih one conection, so think about what he was doing instead of just bashing him, he could probably beat most of us posting comments

Seriously, all Chun has to do is low mk, link to super and throw out the occasional hp. Anyone with 2 functioning thumbs and half a brain can be successful with Chun.

eh, he did run away a bit excessively, but against chun-li sometimes it is better to play the distance game and surprise her with a dash.
