  • btw- it's still the same parade show as in my years . . ha ha. We did the same exact flag routine.

  • :) Rifles & flags .. 1990-1993. (I also took bagpipe lessons on the side but colorguard was not allowed to play pipes in shows.)

  • Back in the day, Mr Kopcha chastized us for marching like this! He took away our spats, sent us out to the back parking lot (at GL) & marched us relentlessly up and down the yardlines until we ALL got it right. If anyone was not (stepping) on the yardline on the 8th beat, we'd repeat the process one more time. Finally, after some hours went by, we got it. Utmost respect to Mr Kophca & Mr Bartlett. GL Band Alumni 1975-77

  • Highlander Pride! As a parent, traveling along to support the band in Scotland, each and every one of you made me proud, students, chaperones and staff. Memories forever. You are the best!!

  • As Drum Major, I am so proud of my band. All of you kids did a phenomenal job.

  • Awesome performance, especially Mike Lipere! You make us very proud. From your family in Fairport.
