Oooh! That sounds like it was cute. I love micros - they were my go to style for a while. Anything you can do with the braids, I'm learning, can pretty much be done with locs and vice versa. So, If I come up with something else, I'll let you know.

Thanks. Yep. The hair is doing its own thing and I just let it be. I think the technical term is braidlocs, but I'm not picky. I want locs so I started with braids. Call them what you like. LOL! I interlock or latch them for maintenance.

To tighten the roots, I interlock of latch (whatever term you use is fine). I was shooting for doing it every 6 weeks, but I'm waaaaaaay overdue. I'll make a video about this in the next few days so you can see what I do. Hope I understood your question correctly.
