Great video. I used ubuntu, (and I am new to ubuntu), The parts that I struggled with was (when at the terminal I tried to point to the path of the fwupd file prior to extracting it... do not point to the partially unpacked file be sure to fully extract it, and point to that location)... The only other struggle was you have to type "sudo ./fwupd /dev/sdX" (replace sdx with the drives mount name) after hitting enter you will be prompted to enter your user password.

worked like a charm if anyone gets a massage that says permission denied you need to change the fwupd file permission tick all the boxes and it will work.
