@renix Just like any brewing technique, there is no 'correct' way as it is always up for interpretation. With Aeropress, we generally use one scoop of medium grind (same as pour over filter) to 200mls of water. Around 90 degrees C is good (not boiling as this will scald the grinds). Hope this helps!
