rock is easy to kill steel is hard to get stat conditions and ice is hard to catch get a master ball and catch ice first then get steel and then rock and remember to save before fighting all of them

I caught by using a lv. 52 Flygon I kept using dragonbrewathe until it was paralyzed and i put it in the red zone then I used 20 ultra balls until i finally caught it.

all i needed to do is get a lvl like somwhat 40 swellow with endavor and get pwned until it only has 1hp, wurmples will work when almost there.

then you have to do the same thing as jizg did, get out a pokemon w/ spore or hypnosis.

then at the start of battle just put him to sleep and get your swellow and use endavor, regice will then be most vurnerable

the walking only works on emerald. on ruby/sapphire you have to wait a few minutes after pressing A on the braille message. after those few minutes, the door will open.

Regice took me an insanely long time to get, I kept having to reset since the battles just didn't end and it ended up Struggling itself to death. Then Registeel and Regirock took less than 15 minutes combined to catch. It was weird.

regice is the weakest of the regis. regirock and steel are rock and steel type. rock and steel are super effective agianst regice. registeel is the strongest cuz steel is super effective agianst rock and ice.
