what wattage light are you using? MH or HPS? Or different for Veg and Flowering? I tried using a 1000 watt HPS in my 5'x3'x8' flowering grow, but had horrible heating issues (even with really great ventilation with 2x intake and 2x extake [one for the plants, one for the light's cooltube]). Now im trying to decide whether to go with 400 watt or 600, any input?

lol 1000 watt on a 5x3 is way too much, you should use a single 600 or 400.

yeah but i dont have a speed controller, its sucking more air than needed and i could probably turn it down to around 70% and still be good which would lower noise a lot. I'm thinking about building an mdf box around it and encasing it in insulation foam which should almost kill the noise along with a duct muffler.

haha its funny you should mention....im putting up some new videos in a couple days and only 8 are left, i always pull them with about 20% amber trichs doing an experiment with some plants being harvested earlier and the effect is quite uplifting and social for such a stoney bud

21" on average tallest about 25"

those are good heights i got a small space that if my plants grow over 25'' then the hps is gonna fry the top buds lol

These were all LST'ed real late on, they were about 20" tall before they were tied down, they have a very indica single cola dominant structure and was hoping the LST would bring out some branching which it did. I was hoping it would stretch as normal to try and get some height but they all stretched about 3-4" and thats it
