  • Great design - mind if I plagerize?

  • @huerdon Feel free. Hope you get some ideas from it.

  • nice lookin cart!!

  • Searching the web today for some ideas for a Mig cart. Yours looks great! Wish i could see a finished pict. Also like your sine table.

  • @newhaven40051 That was as far as I got on it before it found a new home. I'm going to start on a cart for a Hypertherm Powermax 45 here soon as time allows. When it gets started I'll get some video of it. Appreciate you taking a look and hope it helps get some ideas for you.

  • I love the cart and I think I'm going to something like that it's sweet!

  • That welding cart looks amazing! I will "loan" the design for my own Mig/Mag...

  • @FriedrichVon I'd like to see evryone's carts when they are done or in fabrication. Unfortunately, I lost the drawing files for the cart along with a bunch of stuff when last computer crashed.

  • Thank for taking the time to show the cart bro did a good job ant it good to build somethings that works and helps out in the shop keep the vids coming bro

  • Love the cart! I'm about to purchase a Handler 140 here in the next few months, great design and looks quite ideal for any kind of work you would have. I'd just weld a little loop above the handle mount and run some thin steel cable where you can run the R pins through at the cable ends so they just dangle off when the handle is not in use. Love the cart though!

  • @spidersniper1150 I actually don't have the 140 or the cart anymore. The welder was on loan from son-in-law. Gave the cart to my stepson to finish it off and use it for his wire feed. I've got the Miler DialArc I show in another one of my videos. I'm partial to stick welding since most of what I do is heavier stuff. I'm considering buying a Hobart 140 for the lighter stuff and portable jobs when folks need some work done.

    Appreciate all the kind comments.

  • Very nice job. Thank you for sharing.

  • Nice cart. I like the tow handle as it puts the center of gravity for the push pressure lower on the cart preventing roll overs. Thanks for the idea. I like it!

  • Pretty slick looking.

  • Patience never been one of my strong points. Been known to spout a few words that cause women and children to seek cover. Sure makes me feel better though.

  • Lol "if I lose the handle I'll probably say bad words" after that line I was expecting a "but I say bad things just for the hell of it" anyways nice job in this.

  • neat design!

  • Thank you.

  • Good job. I ran across your link on the Miller forum and followed you here. I was looking for ideas for my own welding cart.

  • Thanks all for the comments. Hope it helps out some. If I ever do get it completely finished and painted I'll post it up. Weather been kinda rough and the shop ain't heated.

  • nice job

  • Love the Design comments, You rock

  • Hey thanks I just started my home shop and was really hoping to make my own cart and you video had some really great ideas. Thanks

  • Thanks. Good luck with your new shop. Making a cart is a good project. Can be as fancy or plain as you want. You'll find plenty of work in putting together a shop.

  • Nice job, looks great Ive read some of your posting on the welders forum on the hobart sight my name is clearlakejoe.Very nice handywork and a good vid.

  • Thanks Joe. I visit the Hobart site all the time. Very knowledgeable guys there. I have to make sure none of my welds get in the video....not really pretty. Thanks for looking.

  • Nice welder cart!
