Maybe she's talking about the kind of people that get AIDS. Of course, anyone can get AIDS, but the plain truth is also that the overwhelming majority of HIV positive people in the West are indeed homosexuals or IV drug users. In the United States, around half of those with AIDS are black. Those are facts.
