  • hmmm and the gt2 rs is still faster around the track

  • Rev the car into 4K RPM in thrust mode possible and it will do 0 - 100 in 2.9 seconds.

  • who cares about covettes?

  • it can go faster, there wasn't more room

  • @PeterPonable nope these electronic gauges tend to be very inaccurate. the level of accuracy of these gauges tend to decrease at high speeds in excess of 200mph.

  • 370? I do not think...

  • If this car can do 270kmph then they should make it official so it can be number 7 on top 10 fatest cars but with offical top speed of 217mph it is 9th

  • cc8186, my regards for the video. What`s your opinion about Avetador`s performance and high speed handling? On what course did you manage to achive that speed? I think VW`s track is better then Nardo for high speed tests.

  • Nobody needs a topspeed of 400. If you really like Cars like this and hot driving, its much more about what the Car does between 0 and 250, maybe 300. On THE RING you need abeout 80-200, thats the most interesting range......

  • For this design, i was hoping it would hit 400....

  • @netmatrix75 lol, you need almost 300hp more to do that, ask bugatti

  • the engine of aventador is limited!!

  • 0 auf 100 is 2.9 top speed ;)

  • grande lambo fatti vedè

  • like

  • I've compiled a great list of Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 review videos on my blog..

  • Engine startup sounds like bugatti veyron startup !!!

  • @

Yeah, the mclaren f1 is an epic car. Its got 70hp less and can go 391kmh on OFFICIAL GPS readings. Maybe speedo = 405+kmh .The aventador does 370kmh on speedo, 354kmh on GPS.

Just goes to show how good the aerodynamics of the mclaren f1 is.

  • @ASSHOLELA You need to take into account weight and gearing. The McLaren F1 weighs 957lbs less than the Aventador and is geared towards top speed, but still has insane acceleration because of its high power to weight ratio.

  • @Terry1212

you are absolutely right. But its still remarkable that with less hp the mclaren can keep up with an aventador despite not having Paddle Shifters. You waste 0.4s every shift on manual, but despite losing 2s the mclaren f1 still hits 270kmh in 5th 2s faster than the aventador.

see my mclaren f1 vs lamboghini aventador video!

  • the aventador had enough room to accelerate for one minute. Thats over 3 miles. Now koenigsegg has no excuse that it cant find enough room to topspeed their agera R.

  • GPS Verification, Lambo speedos ain't never been accurate.

  • Still not better than porsche.

  • ...Sorry, i'm porsche fan

  • 911 GT2 and Carrera GT are manual transmission cars :)

  • @kenanlambo oh my god i thought it could do better too, now i love thr aventador a hundred times more then before oh my god this is great i cant believe it can hit 230 mph!!!!! thats great, lambo is definitely going to get higher and higher on the fastest cars in the world list soon

  • @bmwlover0809 yes i think so:)

  • gear box

    1st gear=0-78km/h

    2nd gear=79-127km/h

    3rd gear=128-174km/h

    4th gear=175-217km/h

    5th gear=218-269km/h

    6th gear=270-306km/h

    7th gear=307-370km/h

  • bes aventador video yet. it beats the mclaren here but mclaren in alot faster on top gear track. strange.

  • @cardude1992 mclaren is only 0.3seconds faster than aventador

  • @cardude1992

Mclaren was made especially for the top gear track .

Geremy said that after the test truck of mclaren.

  • @Marco2996 you know i think it was that specific that mclaren probably tuned for the top gear track. cus it doesnt make sense if they made all their car like that because no one else drives there lol

  • 370km/h= 225mph wow

  • For a naturally aspirated supercar, 354 km/h on GPS is pretty impressive and that's with a couple of revs still available but the McLaren F1 still maintains the crown as the fastest naturally aspirated car in the world. I'm not saying that the Aventador is bad compared to the F1 but what I'm saying is that I'm glad that there's still someone trying to push harder and further while maintaining the beauty of NA engines.

  • 0:28 *eargasm*

  • and I thought it only did upto 217MPH.

  • HOLY SSSSHHHH-*radio static*

  • made in italy rule

  • cc8186, the Aventador can go over 370 km/h or not ?

  • @ervinski7 370 was on the speedo. I had 354 km/h flat out on GPS. Official Top Speed from Lamborghini: 350 km/h. May be the Aventador could go 360 flat out on GPS, if you take the Car to highspeed oval of Nardo... Regards Christian

  • @cc8186 Great video. Where did you reached that 354? On the Autobahn?

  • @cc8186 usually when you get going that fast the speedo is off by 10-20 km/h give or take, so that would explain the different readings.

  • @cc8186

any chance you guyz can get hold of a Koneigsegg Agera R and do the topspeed on that same test track?

  • @cc8186 You miss 0.2 sec to 0-60 mph :P:P

  • EPIC TOP END ACCELERATION!!! Holy cow!! It makes my '10 ZR1 look like a Civic on the top-end.

  • @quikagc5 Top Speed is not everything. The ZR1 is a really hot sportscar...

  • @cc8186 yea but the aventador is better in every single way- looks, speed, everything!!!!!

  • @quikagc5 don't let them here that over on CF!!

  • @quikagc5 I agree with you though about the epic top end...our Zr1's could not pull that hard through 200+mph

  • 370km/h just made me fucking shat bricks haha ^^

  • And Lamborghini says top speed isnt their top priority

  • Swag

  • Comment removed

  • Come on, you can't judge correct top speed from a car speedometer.

You need to use properly calibrated instruments.

  • @MamoDad GPS: 354 km/h

  • the interior looks fucking great

  • Can you test the Top speed of the 458 Italia?

    Thanks.

  • @KalEl600rr check out my video with F40, F50 and 458: youtube.com/watch?v=g0BJQ5IfcXs&feature=watch_response Regards Christian

  • @cc8186 Nice. Can you please tell me. In the 430, engine map settings and suspension settings are linked.

In the 458 can you get the race engine settings with the soft suspension settings for the highway?

I am from Dubai and I will buy the 458 in 2012, Thank you for the answers.

  • @KalEl600rr Hey, very good choice! The 458 is a brilliant sportscar. One of the best at the moment. On the steering wheel of the 458 you can change the damper mode independent from all the other modes of the manettino (esp (cst) on/off, traction control, e-diff, speed of gear change, etc.)....

  • @cc8186 Thank you :) I made the choice between the Gallardo Balboni edition and the 458 and I decided to pay more to get the current generation car. If you come visit dubai message me if you need anything there.

    Have a very nice day

  • @KalEl600rr Thanks. Dubai is cool. Have been there twice on the autodromo. Very nice....

  • oh my fuck

  • Saving exterior shots for later?

  • i think it couldve kept going over 370

  • geiler sound... da wär ich gern die kamera gewesen :-D

  • the speedo kept climbing!! mamma mia lamborghini ti amo <33

  • i want one!

  • This is amazing and I expect nothing but the best from Lambo.

  • @brudel001 yes, lamborghini is owned by the same company as porsche, wich is volkswagen, wich is german -_-

  • thật chán khi không thay đổi góc nhìn

  • Carrera GT have same lap time ?! Without any electronic help etc. and it`s made in 2004.

  • that is 230 mph for the american fans

  • Maserati MC 12 corsa 1.07.60 Porsche 911 GT2 RS 1.08.40 Lamborghini Aventador LP700-41;08.60 McLaren MP4-12C 1;08.70 Radical SR3 1;09.10

  • wow!!! that so great !!

  • Does anybody know if the Lambo was tested with the Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres ?

  • @Kamertusbeef Yes, we tested the Lambo with Corsa tyres!

  • @cc8186 Thank's for your answer, but I expected the Lambo to be faster than the 911 GT2 RS... :-(

  • @Kamertusbeef We did our best, as you can see :-) Don't forget the GT2 RS is about 180 kg lighter than the Lambo. And the Porsche had the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tyres.

  • @cc8186 So the Michelin PSC are better than the Pirelli PZC for the track ? I thought the Pirelli were semi-slicks too, is there really a great difference between them ?

  • It says 370 on speedo but 354 on GPS, anyway it should reach 360 easily since it wasn't red-lining yet.

  • I've measured 8.3s to 200 !!!!!!!

  • It should be able to reach 360km/h@GPS by the way it accelerates(maybe even more).

  • HOLY SH*T !

  • but, will it blend?

  • This is just awesome. I can tell you this is just such at solid ride--awesome to see it run at near top speed!

  • The ridicoulus program GRIP tsted the Aventor vs GT2 RS, They came up with 11,1sec for the Aventador 0-200km/h ????? measured with an iphone. Stupid. GT2 RS 9,8sec

But ofcourse - its a german show where a geman car must win.

Sport Auto measured 8,8sec, 0,1sec faster than factory numbers.

  • @740414daan

I'm definitely not a fan of the GRIP team but I have to say that they tested 11.1 without launch control. A few moments later they activated it and achieved 8.9 seconds.

    /watch?v=Wp5P37sn4Nw @10:40

  • @740414daan, "But ofcourse - its a german show where a geman car must win"

Thats hardly true since Lamborghini is owned by the same company as porsche - VAG.

But to get best results its essential that that both cars have same tires and are tested at the same time - one having like a 30 second headstart or somth. In that case all the conditions like road temperature, air temperature, humidity etc. are same.

  • I knew it ! I knew the 350 km/h ''topspeed'' was not fast enough for 700 horsepower, I knew the Aventador can do faster, and I was right, finally a decent topspeed testing showing it can do 370 km/h and that seem to be just fine, perhaps even faster then I expected. <3 Lamborghini Aventador

  • @kenanlambo No, it can't do 370. As you can see on the description it's GPS-topspeed was 354 kph. 370 km/h is only the error of the speedo.

  • @kenanlambo and what if it makes 370kmh only on DINO..??

  • In English...bitte.

    Alright here come some swedish.

  • Imaging with UGR twin turbo 0_o

  • OMG

  • wow amazing performance

also at 370k km/h it still had 500 revs to go !!!!

  • Please fasten your seat belts... we take off now!

  • @makkuzo ^^
