This emulator looks cool, but it doesn't run with sound. I can't play games without sound. Removing the sound is like taking away half the game. At least for me. :/

@hondaklas that plugin comes with original emulator from dolphin's official site it runs little slow in village 50 fps but it's still good you must set it to " copy to texture instead of copy to ram its in plugins advanced configuration enable efb copy and you have two choices to ram or to texture

Maybe you're playing the -gamecube- version of Twilight Princess in Dolphin, which oddly enough, is much slower then the wii emu in Dolphin. So get wii titles whenever possible.

just go to internet on google and first download dolphin emulator and then write on google Twilight Princess Free download for Dolphin Emulator and I hope you'll find it and good luck.

It's not in rom format, but in iso! You can download game ISOS from torrent trackers because they are usually big size files; on Wii 4.50 GB aproximately. Remember: Google is your best friend! Use it when you need it!

I run the gamecube version of the game around 10 FPS, my specs are:

4 gigs of ram

2.0 GHZ dual core

nvidia Geforce 9600 512 MB.

i can bring it up to the 30 with the EFB copy disabled in the graphics menu but it makes the graphics all messed up

any suggestions? or should i just continue to wait for a new dolphin?

I found a couple options that helped boost my frame rate alot too, i can run at about 10-13 now with 1 frame skipping, playable but slow.

hey can you run WII games from the actual disk? i know gamecube games dont work because theyre mini and they write them backwards or something like that, but do wii games?

I don't think so. I use image files that I have downloaded :) . If you have the actual discs there is a way to dump it to your pc though.

the way i have seen is that people put the disk in their wii and do something with the wifi that gives them access to the disk image, since the wii disk reader is special and reads disks differently.

im just wondering since as im sure you agree, it would be much easier and efficient to run from a disk instead of torrenting 4 gigs of a game i already own : /

There are a few minor bugs, such as no sound and it will occasionally crash. Runs at 30 fps which is pretty good. I don't really notice any slow-downs.

No, unfortunately you have to use either the emulated Wii Remote (Where you use the mouse), or hook up a real wii remote to your PC.
