Hey hey, mom of two.. posing "right" or posing "wrong" is harmless. Keep up the good work! Just remember not to try to appear professional where you know you're not. As for how you look like, I don't think you could get to a much better shape and you should enjoy your body before it's late. Who knows, it might be the only one you will ever get =)
As for your posing....some tips. Don't look at the floor when you flex. Look right into the camera and throw us that beautiful smile! When flexing biceps, elbows should be up higher. At shoulder height. And don't adduct your arms in so closely, as it literally "hides" your biceps. Also, make sure your palms face behind you while flexing your biceps.
@Iluvfemuscle Someone made a comment on my imperfections on my abs, which are from having two kids and gaining 70 lbs. twice through two pregnancies, so, I don't know if I can get the nerve to do another flexing video anytime soon. Thank you for all your great feedback!
@dynamicstrength607 Don't let ignorant people discourage you from doing something that you obviously love doing. They're just spiteful and jealous, because they don't have the dedication to get themselves into half as good of shape as you're in. Keep up the good work!
Just working my way through your vids. I subscibed yesterday to your channel. I sent you a friend request. I cannot send you a message until you accept me as a friend. I'd like to share some strength challenges with you as I mentioned yesterday in a post. Thanks!
You need a posing coach if you want to place or even win for sure. Arnold beat Ferigno back in the 70s because arnold learned to move fluidly from pose to pose by doing ballet. Ferigno was bigger but his posing was herky jerky and it looked wierd. That transition is important so your whole routine looks smooth, in control and dynamic. Plus you want to smile at the peak of each pose. Anyway, best of luck, beautiful.
thank you, it really helped! Yes, I am in my 9th week, I am 45 and VERY out of shape. I started to increase my weight by 5 LB (no choice at the gym LOL!) I started at 217 LB, down to 208. I am impressed by the improvement in my strength . things start to tighten and the fat is melting little by little. Watchin what I eat . Thank you for the inspiration! :)))
I have a question: not related to the video though. I xperience two kinds of failure : the burning one when lactic acid (that is what is it called?) kicks in and the ohter failure is when my muscle is not beeing able to do one more rep, but I do not feel the burn, just the complete exhaustion. What is the difference and what I am working for when xperiencing those different failures (strenght? endurance? mass?) Please, enlighten me in this. I am new in weight training. Love your vid!!!:)
As you increase the production of force, over time, the muscle fibers become larger enabling you to produce more force. Initially you should strive for three sets of 12 repetitions of an exercise at a weight that you can complete the 12 reps. After about 4 weeks, you should notice some strength gains and be able to push a little more weight, between 5-10 lbs more. It took me nearly a year to get my strength gains. Don't be in a rush. Start slow, and you will get there. Hope that helps.
Your overall physique is excellent. Your back double bicep pose is very nice and you have great shoulder.. Back is also well defined. I would say that you need to work a little bit more on your hamstrings, but that would just going into incredible detail. You need though a posing suit. that would be great to see too doing all your poses. Nicely done!!! I wish you great luck in your competition.

You are a stunning beauty. Don’t wear that outfit near any streets. You will be causing automobile accidents.
