  • Yeah guys. I don't think it's appropriate to smack around little pieces of plastic that were probably defective in the first place. I don't think you should be setting an image of being easy-going and fun. You don't see any other optical stores doing (or being) that.

  • I don't think you guys should be setting your image like that. You shouldn't be hitting glasses around like a hockey puck in the first place. Get a new director. Glasses are prescriptions, you don't see anyone else slapshotting their meds.
