I'm interested in how your video quality is very good. I use fraps and WMM too, but my movies, while great in quality, take a hit in the balls when I upload them onto WMM. What am I doin wrong, cause I really wanna make my videos look better.

have you looked at your fraps options at all? There is an option to record at higher Frames per Second. If thats not the issue be sure when you Save Movie File... that you choose a higher quality file to export it to (rather that the cheesy default). Let me know if this works for ya.
