  • I can do several poses, even complex ones, but I never understood how to make a flowing routine, moving smoothly from one position to another and how to choose the appropriate poses and sequence. Can anyone one explain that me?

  • theses are good, but we need a 30 to 40 minuet video for us to follow threw with we wake up. that way we dont have to stop and click on the next video. It intrups the exercise :)!
