Don't you found that odd 80,000 children in in California's Foster Care System.Why so many?? Your telling me that 80,000 children's parents are child abusers? well at least the Californian's know where their tax's dollars are going,straight to federal Government then off to Children protective services. I wonder how many more children will go into CPS?

yea well you should check warren children services because speaking from experience they don't do there job there and when it falls down to a time you need them the most with schooling or with a crimes you have camited they are not standing by your side but are trying to get you more time in jail it don't make sense to me how they say they socalled care but they don't seem to care when you are facing time in the pin.
