I don't know if this question was answered either, but I tried to convert my voice memo and the option didn't even show up when I right clicked. I'm in my music library and I tried going into advanced as well, but it didn't show up there either. Please help!

I'm sorry if this question was already answered, but

I can't save my option.

On the youtube video, her itunes shows being able to click "OK" twice.

My itunes only has the option of clicking "OK" under "Import Settings," but there is no "OK" button for the "General Preferences," which I'm guessing is the reason why my settings aren't being saved.

Any suggestions? I just downloaded the latest version of itunes so I'm not sure what else I can do.

If MP3 option is grey - I ejected my iPod first then the MP3 option was black and it worked.

@TheHobosftw Hi I found the solution. When u select the voice memo, look to the left side of the iTunes tab make sure u are selecting the file from Library > Music instead of Device > Memo. If u select from library it works right away!

i synced my iphone to itunes and all the voice memos were uploaded but theyre just under the voice memos tab. do i need the newest version of itunes for this?

Yes, I understand and have the same problem that the option doesn't come up. But just trust me, I have the latest version of iTunes for Windows, so that's out of questions. Have you find anything more out how to convert memos from AAC to MP3 files?
