I must say this is good for people just starting out. I find it easier to just cast my circle mentally. For all the movements calling the elements, colors and days and what have you are just "tools" to help one focus on their intent. one can try to argue; well if you don't cast correctly you can let bad energies in. The reason bad energies come in is because one invites them in either through their conscious or subconscious mind, The power of the mind is great.

Everyone has their own opinion.  Myself, I cast a circle whenever the moment tells me it's right, be it on a sabbat, an esbat or a "hey, it's Tuesday and I have something I want to do". There have been times when I've done one just to meditate on something or when I wanted to feel closer to my gods or thank them for something I felt their influence on.

Great video! I really like the idea of taking 15 minutes and 'hanging out' in your circle. I meditate during the morning and think I will begin to cast a circle at least a couple of times during the week, if not daily. It would be great practice for me #1, and #2, definitely bring more to my mediation. Thank you!

Rain water these days is HIGHLY radioactive due to the Fukushima disaster and the fact that alot of the homes, boats, cars, etc. are being burned, although they now are radioactive to get rid of the tons and tons of debris. Google it. What other kind of water do you recommend? Yeah, stay OUT of the rain!!!

hey everyone watching don't forget to ground yourself after every ritual... it'd be done after meditation/cakes... and you put your hands on the ground and imagine all the darkness or energy you absorbed during ritual - whether it's from cleansings, or healing, etc... you'll feel yucky afterward if you don't.... it's not enough to *just* eat the cakes & meditate. you have to return the energy back to the earth/elements. we're not meant to hold all that in =)
