@JohannesKikuchi Crossfit is a great GPP system, but it's just that, GPP. There's much better ways to get better body control (for example gymnastics or ghetto bar work), and athleticism is something that any training will bring out. Crossfit works, and its structure makes it easy for a novice to pick up. There are better ways specifically train though. Crossfit is not as all-encompassing as it is made out to be. You'll rarely see a straight crossfitter squatting or pulling any decent weight.
Hey - technical questions. When I first learned squats everyone was telling me not to go all the way down but stay at 90° with your thigh parallel to the ground. Is this different for pistols or is there any new evidence which says it doesn't matter if you go all the way down or not?
