If you cant stop your thoughts. Try this simple step. Go walking in the forest on your own for at least 2 hours. Keep walking without any music. The forest itself will ground you and will absorb your thoughts.

After some time you will suddenly realise that there werre a few moments where your thoughts very gone .... with a bit training and patience, you will be able to regain this feeling again and again .....

@spiritualhealingmk You'l stop your thoughts & remove them if they are negative by realizing that The Infinite One Created the brain (revealing the higher parts of the soul, above physically & spiritually) to rule the heart (which is lower in the body & houses on the left our vital physical soul with its brother,another spiritual soul part on the right.) You can direct a thought,decide if its positive or neg. & meditate onwards.From there going toward the infinite soul in 2 higher realms.

@LaughterFreedom Not sure what segment you are referring to... but what i can say is .. everyone is born on earth to realize god ok if that purpose is not get done ... we keep on visiting Earth so that we can realize the supreme being that god. Try reading Geeta it will be much clear... hope that helps

@symetricbody Thanks for comment..... it does work... what it does is it amplifies the total effect by that the energy is multiplied and then we receive it…… to make a simple pyramid people have also used 4 wooden pools or of any other material on top of it (at the tip) they have placed a crystal… hope u get what I mean thanks

@Schnettiitti Hi thanks for your kind words Conscious or unconscious … its just a state and that too it will remain same at all the time no one can say…. God is pure cosmic consciousness that exists in the cosmos and everywhere … that too in all of us …..We are a part of it…. what we call as spirit…. Since I have not experienced unconscious sprit so to say anything in that reference will not be true… what knowledge I have gained I have shared so we can benefit… hope that helps

@toneyrahulsharma, the video belongs to a company which makes money all around meditation etc. perhaps the end was so trastically presented to get more clients. What I mentioned as well is that IN the video they haven+t talked about rebirth which is unusal for the eastern philosophy.
