Back then she was more confident in her own skin, but with all the pressure that celebs have of being perfect, and how much the media criticize them on their looks she changed her nose. SO WHAT IF SHE CHANGED HER NOSE? If that makes her feel better about herself she can do whatever the hell she wants, its her money you're obviously not paying for it.
