  • Good for a Fan Film of limited Budget. Actors did well (Hector channeled Kurt very well. The one who played Jack though lost the Channel after about 10 seconds. But I liked the idea to drop him into the scene. But the 2 Genre are hard to blend. Dark/Moody and Dark/Comedy are hard to mix.) Well done and please, if your able, keep going. :)

  • @wanderer711 thanks. there ARE 3 more parts.

  • fuck....i gotta hand it to but that was way awesome didnt expect that cause all fan made shit is gay as fuck but u did something great i have a few projects in mind im a film maker and a writer myself hit me up

  • @RAMMX51 i only take on financed outside projects. so if you have money in place, lets talk.

  • Great work mate.

  • DUDE! CHRIS this is so fucking great that u need to email to this to John Carpenter! SOMEONE LET JOHN CARPENTER KNOW ABOUT CHRIS MOVIE EVERYONE! THUMBS UP SO OTHERS CAN SEE! SO THAT WAY IF A MOVIE GUY WATCHES THIS! I WANT HIM TO CALL JOHN CARPENTER TO WATCH THIS! AN MAKE U FAMOUS FOR YA CHRIS! R R AMAZING AT THIS MAN! U DISERVE TO HAVE THIS REDOIN WITH JOHN CARPENTERS HELP. not saying it sucks. u JUST NEED TO REMAKE IT BETTER an for the THEATERS! someone who knows Johns phne number! TELL HIM

  • @KeIIinator he already has a dvd copy.

  • 10 people originally liked this, then they took an arrow to the knee.

  • President Loomis!

  • @blinky500 I understand. No offense intended, I was just picking at nits. The character of Snake Plissken is just near and dear to me. He's one of my all time favorite movie characters.

  • I really liked this a lot! The only critique I have is Snake's voice should be more of raspy whisper. After all, the character of Plissken was John Carpenter's homage to Clint Eastwood. Good work, though, keep it up!

  • @jacksonteller its very hard to be heard when you are standing in the middle of a loud street, whispering to someone. you have to take certain practicalities into account.

  • omg!! I am shocked at what an awesome film that is!! Chris you should call John carpenter and have him make it!! Great film!!

  • @paydayc7 do you have his number? cause i sure as hell dont.

  • if they are gonna do a remake of escape from new york this guy should play snake.

  • Love the photos on the wall in the bar!

  • AWESOME.. isn't the bar tender Zangief from college humor's street fighter the later years???

  • Why is there a warrant out on him still? Lee Van Cleef told him he would get a full pardon upon his return from the city.

  • @silvereagle2061 guess you will have to watch the whole series to find out.

  • @silvereagle2061 There isn't, but he JUST received his Pardon, so there will still be Wanted Posters up. Which means A LOT more harassment by the USPF, Bounty Hunters (if there are any in the film) and citizens who just don't want the trouble having him around would bring.

  • RIP Debra Hill.

  • Love all the photos up at the bar. Very nice addition to the film. Giving the master creds.

  • It would be cool If he said "You haven't even taken the safety off rookie!"

  • i love it.snake plissken meets jack burton.

  • Is that Zangief?

  • @incarnedine yes

  • I do believe I made comments not long ago, but everytime I see Escape from N.Y or L.A I see this as an actual sequel. Am I the only one who wanna see mr plissken return back to show that noone fuck with him in another vid? As long as they make the script very tight, it will work!

  • lol both "i thought you were dead" and "i thought you'd be taller" nice work guys

  • I thought you'd be taller LOL!

  • Let me be the first to say, she has a fine set of Warlocks!!!

    P.S. Great movie

  • Nice John Carpenter memorabilia in the bar.

  • Sadly not like the real stuff, but way better than nothing at all :)

Wish Kurt Russel and John Carpenter would make a third movie ^^

  • You need to take the safety of if you want it to work asshole

    LOL BIGGEST CHEESE SENTENCE EVER

Wow Jersey looks a lot less post apo then New York did

  • @3choBlast3r its not post apocalyptic. its up and running. new york was shut down and turned into a prison. jersey is part of the functioning united states.

  • at least you had a jack burton cameo

  • They should make a "Escape from San Francisco" where he has to run away from all the gay ppl

  • Haha this was awesome <3 Like how u used Vampire theme :D

  • Ich sage nur: Escape from New York 2.0

    Go on !!!!!!

  • i like how its suppose to be the 80s and there a brand new 2009 f150

  • @ALEWAR0311 its set in the future of 1997, anything is possible.

  • @blinky500 Hi Chris, long time fan here particularly of your DC superhero vids. Those were absolutely great and will be for all time. Anyway, about your Escape from NJ vids, shouldn't the set background be more a grim dystopian or post apocalyptic? Not trying to be critical, i'm just a bum. Heyyyyy, how about a fallout 3 short film for us die hard fans huh???

  • Comment removed

  • @ALEWAR0311

Give the guy a break, its a fan film.

  • @ALEWAR0311 Supposed to be 1997 (Now).

  • Where'd you get that coat? I want one!

    Snake's leather coat is awesome

  • Is that Maggie's picture on the wall at the bar. Nice touch!

  • preeeetty lame. but the dude does look like Snake Plissken. And the scene with Jack Burton was fucking rad.

  • Damn, he looks just like Kurt Russel.

  • This really kicked ass! Good job!

  • (writing this as I watch) wow that guy is flexable, he to got his foot to his face!! ....JACK BURTON!!! ....hehe taller ...NO!!! you killed the waitress!!! ....lol love the back ground music!! ...OMG HARLEY KILLES THAT GUY!!!! ...and its over

  • This is Awesome! Great Fan film! Is this the same guy who is at the Jersey Monster Con!? AWESOME!

  • @gvert1213 yeah its the same guy.

  • So glad i found this rly cool i thought the Jack Burton cud have been a tiny bit more like Jack Burton bt he still was good!!deserves alot more views!!

  • Quite impressive! The guy who plays Snake looks just like him!

  • She has got to be the sexiest waitress I've ever seen. By the way, this was perfect down to the last detail..

  • @EmuNerd thanks

  • @blinky500 No problem. I watched every part! It was awwwesome!

  • I'm happy to see you again, Snake!

  • Jack Burton mets Snake Plissken... LOL amazing work

  • Great Job as always!!!

  • If you ever make They Live, I can compose the sound track for yah :)

  • @FendersRule can you cover big trouble in little china?

  • @blinky500 I've never fully listened to BTILC's tracks, but I've made some replicas of They Live, Halloween, Escape From New York, They Live, Prince of Darkness and Village of the Damned. I was actually going to make a movie just like yours on They Live, but it got canned :( Using Carpenter's tracks is always cool, but making your own is much better!

  • Good job

  • great acting

  • I'll tell you what that was bad ass. You know the trucker reminded me of Jack from big trouble in little china...lol what a fuckin team up that would be. Nice job, cant wait to see the next part. Let me know if you need another actor I travel...lol

  • Very cool fan film!!!

  • You all do awesome work! I'm a big Snake Plissken fan and wanted to mention that Mr. Hector got Snake's personality down perfectly. Two big thumbs up to this film.

  • @FrictionControl No the part where he walks into the bar is when they play Slayers.

  • Totally Epic!!! This was PURE PRO!

  • The costumes and props truly were a class A job! The actor that played Snake was a dead ringer. Only as the movie went on could you spot the minor differences between the two.

This must have taken a hell of a long time to make!

Really good job! I liked it!

  • @gswatt35

Being the biggest Snake Plissken fan on the planet, I take that as the highest compliment. Thank you!

  • wait didn't that bartender play zangief in street fighter the later years??

  • @jeffror32

    Yes he did...

  • Love it!

  • WOW!! I love the whole "Escape / Snake" series!! Amazing job Chris, Hector, Kim, Roberto and all involved! Can't wait for part 2!

  • are you gonna make a sequel?

  • You guys should ask John Carpenter that if you guys can make a sequel to the escape movies.

  • Wow!! Thank you guys so much for bringing back a favorite of mine! They should turn Hollywood over to you! P.S. Any plans on realizing your Final Fight film? Thanks again.

  • @cwalker1928 thanks. regarding FF, unless i get a bunch of money, it wont be happening anytime soon.

  • Dude, I can't stop smiling. I love this. Chris, you do a great Jack. I'd prefer a "breathier" delivery from Hector but that's a minor quibble. The cop bringing Snake his jacket was a nice touch! Looking forward to more.

  • @FrictionControl I promise to make the voice more authentic, must have been al that damn apple juice. :)

  • you really look like snake plissken from escape from ny.

  • @aaron12345678ful

    I appreciate that a lot.

  • @aaron12345678ful I appreciate that a lot!

  • Was the Bartender the same guy who played Zangief in the College Humor Street Fighter Series?

    Totally awesome as always.

  • @DeadpoolAndFriends yes he was.

  • I like how you used the Slayers song from John Carpenter's Vampires. This is very cool. Who's the guy that plays Snake in here?

  • @IronMaidenSlave1978 my name is Inigo Montoya...

  • @IronMaidenSlave1978 I believe that's actually "Snake's Uniform" from the "Escape from LA" soundtrack. Although "Slayers" is a pretty good tune, too.

  • @FrictionControl we used the theme from vampires, some tracks from ghosts of mars and yes, the uniform track from LA.

  • @blinky500 Ah, yes. I stand corrected. Excellent work all around, gents.

  • @blinky500 Yep, I picked up the vampires tune right away. Nice job.

  • Nice work!

  • So, the waitress die, right?

  • Let

  • You did it again, Chris! Great work! This fits in perfectly with "Escape from New York." I loved the Jack Burton cameo and the tip-of-the-hat to the cast members and crew of EFNY on the back wall of the bar. Can't wait to see what happens next!

  • i love it

  • I'm not really a fan of the "Escape from..." series, but this wasn't half bad. It'll be interesting to see how you make it into what I assume is going to be a series though.

  • I'm from the Wing Kong, and you do a great Jack Burton impression!

  • @denton908 that means a lot coming from a WK member.

  • I liked it! I also liked the mix of Carpenter music from both New York & L.A. plus Halloween & Vampires. Didn't catch the Jack Burton reference until too late (not until I saw the shirt on the guy). Carpenter & Russell really should do another Plissken film.

  • when r u bringing back the joker series

  • The only two things I can say is, 1) the guy that is playing Snake, DAMN GOOD JOB, and the place and settings, VERY NICE! :) Once again Damn good vid!

  • The actor playing Snake wasn't perfect, but he has some big shoes to fill. I wouldn't go so far as to say that he was bad at it, it's just really hard to live up to Kurt Russell.

  • Awesome! Loved the BTiLC reference! I think this is some of your best work.

  • @jmorrison08 thanks.

  • the outfit is right on!

  • Amazing!!!!

  • dr loomis

  • wonderful as always

  • Thumbs up for Hector, he's a pretty good Snake! Nice fan film, I can't wait to see the end!

  • Very proffesional work man. Keep the amazing work up. When is the next one coming out?

  • girls just wanna have fun in the background. haha! nice!

very good man! always awesome =)

  • Nice job there Chris!

  • must be one of the best fan film I've seen so far. Of course its not as good as your Mr J or Power GIrl vids. But they are comic books. This one is pure epic. All you're missing is flying knives and explosions

  • Awesome once again. Love the John Carpenter music and cues in it. Vampires when he walked into the bar and Halloween when she got snatched. Also the pictures on the wall of the bar where a great touch. Keep up the good work man.

  • No way he's smokin American Spirit menthals... nice choice though the wine flavored are way better!

  • This kicks all kinds of ass, can't wait to see part 2.

No one makes fanfilms with quite as much dedication as you Chris.

  • What about Cleveland?

  • @Br0kenEnGliSh this would be before cleveland.

  • Another great one! As I watched this, I noticed that Escape from NY was on tv...it just had to be!

  • This was a lot better then "Escape Big Trouble in New Jersey" but i still kinda liked that one!!!

  • Kudos to Hector. Nice female role as well. Thinking of making another part to this?

  • Awesome job! I can't wait for the next part. I like the reference to "Big Trouble in New Jersey." Also liked the fact you used both "I heard you were dead." and "I thought you'd be taller." from both movies. :D

  • Snake Plissken and Jack Burton in the same place-shouldn't the space time continuum be collapsing?

  • AWW DAMMIT! A CLIFFHANGER!!? way to leave us in suspense chris haha good job once again

  • pure ownage

  • Nice 'Big Trouble in Little China' Cameo reference there!

  • @595moore good eye.

  • Dude, this is your best video ever!

  • You certainly outdid yourself in this one. u even used stuff from your old video. Oscar Nomination anyone? lol Great Job.

  • @BYOSProductions thanks. i try.

  • you couldnt have found a better Snake.... its like you time traveled and kidnapped kurt russel from back then

  • @bloodlinefilms yeah hector did a great job.

  • WOW! That was very cool Chris. Great job with the lighting and music. The actor who played Snake did a really fine job. Very cool film Chris. =-)

  • at the begining is that dr loomis?? :P

  • @legobatman1 its the same actor, donald pleasance. he was also in escape from new york. you should watch it some time.
