I think I might know what this is, or what your trying to describe, its some sort of weather phenomenon that is very rare. It creates a big hole in the center of a bunch of clouds and for some reason all the clouds go around it. That or you a stupid ass hole with nothing better to do than make fake gy videos with convincing thumbnails.
