We were on a school field trip one time to see some dead bodies (strange, I know, but it WAS Anatomy class) and we got hopelessly lost. Eventually, we saw a "Welcome to Arkansas" sign! (We were VERY lost lol) But I don't recall anyone mentioning that it smelled like fried chicken...

XD I used to live in Arkansas. It does smell like fried chicken, but that's much better than the other town (In Kansas) that I lived in which smelled like cow... Lots of cows...

:O But I've never had fried chicken anywhere that was as well made as it is in the South. :P Stop at a Dixie Cafe if you have the chance and ry the Chicken Parmesan. It's fantastic and I've sadly never had it better anywhere else.
