Now if you compare those bands to who was on tour in '75- '77... AC/DC, KISS, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Alice Cooper, Rush, Rainbow, Judas Preist, Robin Trower among many other great bands of that time and your list seems to be lacking considerably!

Well there are still plenty of good bands to see live like The Smashing Pumpkins (even if you don't like their new music the shows are great), Stone Temple Pilots (they're back together and as good as ever), R.E.M.(they're not touring right now, but when they do go on tour don't think just buy tickets), Foo Fighters (they're still great even after all theses years, and the whole band is back together), Cage The Elephant (You're sure to get your money's worth with these classic funk rockers).
