The Chief talks about the major problem of over-population but offers no solution. A believer in eugenics perhaps? Here's an idea. Instead of spending a couple trillion on an illegal war, why not use the money to aid the sick, the homeless and the dying. Did you know that there's enough area in the state of Texas to house every man, women and child on the planet? Over-population isn't so much the problem as is government's disregard and neglect of the less fortunate.

You could fit everyone in Texas but how would you feed them, shelter them, clothe them, dispose of their waste, AND still maintain arable land and irrigation?
