Sleep!

I use a tiny bit of Zyprexa to sleep, a very expensive drug from the same firm that gave me this neurological disorder :-(

Without it, i just stay awake and it annoys me and then i really can't sleep because i am annoyed about it.

I lowered the dose, so it's cheaper and better for my body but i still need it.

I drink a beer and herbal thea in the evening and avoid stress.
