Hey i gotta question, i just bought a new macbook pro and downloading firefox for it. When my mac is on, the firefox icon is there at the bottom along with the other apps but when i restart my mac, They firefox app goes away and i have to put i there agian, how do i make the firefox icon permanent?

VMware Fusion and final cut pro are freaking awesome. I'd also suggest you installed another software called "telekinisis" or sm similar. What this will allow you to do is access your mac remotely over the net from your iphone. In fact not only access it but also open apps,view files,listen to music and essentially do anything you would do as if you were really using your MBP :)

Dont even mention delivery times!!! lol. I ordered this on the 20th March, i changed the spec to 200GB 7200rpm HDD and also glossy screen, and it took till 2nd April to get here, the shipping company cocked up as well which did not help, but i had to wait for it to come from Shanghai! KNIGHTMARE when our eager to get play with your MBP.

So yes don't bet on our shipping date if you changed the spec of your machine.

Damn right it is! I'm loving it. I have installed all the extra software now: CS3 Master Collection, Logic 8 Studio With All Jam Packs, Parallels, VMware Fusion, Aperture 2, Office 2008, iWork08, Apple Remote Desktop, Final Cut Pro. So i think i have everything i need!!
