If you have one of these and want it to work you need a third party app called "Strategic Engine 1.3" Currently I'm using it with Win 7 64bit. Cheers!

@mnmseven I have 1 and wanna sell it (no bs) I have vista and can't find drivers thinking about getting logitech's latest because it seeom to combine the controls for fps and rts. it's in good condition and was treated well 20 bucks (it's worth it)

The only reason you never heard of this is because most of you were born when it came out, and Belkin's Nostromo SpeedPad sold better.

Yeah, I was already thinking, do they still use that thing?

Because I was ever staring at it like a decade ago.

And the SpeedPad, which I also have, is pretty much today's version of it besides the moving part on top.

Which I didn't know if and is pretty cool actually.

Also, I think the SpeedPad sold better because it's first of all for more games, like the FPS-games are more popular too.

Plus it probably has a better design.

I really loved mine... when I had Windows 98. Too bad Microsoft won't support it for Vista. I still have it, but its useless. I play Age of Empires, Unreal Tournament, and Half-Life a lot with this baby. Don't let that guy's ponytail fool you... it beats the shit out of a keyboard.

Yes it was, but it would work with any game. You could even use it with Monster Truck Madness if you wanted to.

looks useful, yet extremely ugly lol. i have the modern microsoft sidewinder, its super kickass, especially in CSS, its mainly for 1st person shooters though and it looks nothing like this one, its waay better looking.

you hit it once, then you hit the button on the mouse that you want to press to do a combo of presses. then you hit any series of keys and click the macro button again to end the combo. so it should be like this "press macro, press middle mouse button, press jump+crouch+fire+switch weapons, press macro button again" results after that should look like this "press middle button - your character jumps crouches shoots and switches weapons"

My brother has this mouse, and you can make unlimited macros with them. I won't even play him in RTS's anymore because he can make an entire army start queing in a matter of a button. These things are like gold if you can get one.
