I can never remember a time as a kid when I said to myself "I am tired, bored and hungry...somebodies got to hear me complain. I've always known these things to be a part of life. And parents (rightfully so) have no obligation to keep kids entertained at all times. You are thinking of an outing with your kids as a date.
